However, after 1 week I received an email informed me that my item is on back order and ship date is now 11/24 (two weeks after I ordered). If the item is back order then they should have updated the status promptly and informed their customers right away, not a week later."

"The web site states a 15%-25% restocking fee. I would think the higher the product cost the lower the restock fee is...WRONG 25% on a $937 product plus cost of shipping is highway robbery. I learned my lesson and will use other vendors that give a fixed restocking fee."
