It would have been nice to have been notified. Then, I asked (I had to ask) about a refund and had to wait another couple of minutes to hear how that was going to work. I made the mistake of asking for a replacement system only to be handed off to sales (another wait) and then complete silence on the other side. I should have been notified and it would serve you well to help people find alternatives. What a dissappointment."
