"We ordered a TOTO toilet & washlet combination after several back and forth emails with the salesman, who assured us the product was in stock and would be shipped within 2 weeks. Then we received an email pushing our delivery back two weeks, blaming the shipping company on the delay. When our product didn't arrive on the expected delivery day, we contacted Planet Decor only to be told that the product was "discontinued" - they recommended a replacement at a much higher price point, even after applying a 15% discount for the "inconvenience". Why is Planet Decor listing products for sale and that they do not actually have in stock - especially after assuring customers that the product would be shipped within 2 weeks. We were misled for sure (and it appears the salesman lied to us), and to add insult to injury, we weren't even informed about the issue until we contacted them. "

"Had to exchange something due to size. It took forever for the item to arrive, then it arrived damaged. Instead of replacing the entire item, they sent only part of it to me. This all took weeks and weeks to the point that the contractor had to leave the job and come back two months later to finish. Customer service didn't care at all and was downright rude! Never again! Do not recommend this company at all! They are the worst!"

"Don't waste your time. I have tried to purchase two separate times from this company for "in stock" items. First order was delayed several months requiring temp faucet purchase to use the bathroom. (all blamed on Covid) Second in stock purchase was delayed shipping three time (a month) so order was cancelled and reordered from another company arriving in three days. DecorPlant may list lowest price but can't deliver on product .....don't waste you time"
