Terrible Experience: Product "discontinued" after salesman assured us it was in-stock and ready to ship.
"We ordered a TOTO toilet & washlet combination after several back and forth emails with the salesman, who assured us the product was in stock and would be shipped within 2 weeks. Then we received an email pushing our delivery back two weeks, blaming the shipping company on the delay. When our product didn't arrive on the expected delivery day, we contacted Planet Decor only to be told that the product was "discontinued" - they recommended a replacement at a much higher price point, even after applying a 15% discount for the "inconvenience". Why is Planet Decor listing products for sale and that they do not actually have in stock - especially after assuring customers that the product would be shipped within 2 weeks. We were misled for sure (and it appears the salesman lied to us), and to add insult to injury, we weren't even informed about the issue until we contacted them."
