"So I ordered a product that was on preorder and I knew was super popular so would probably sell out really quickly but I still went for it anyway. I paid through PayPal and waited around a month and a bit. I checked today and saw that the product was unfortunately on backorder. It’s a collectible item so I figured it was unlikely to be restocked. I called the customer service number and a nice lady helped me out and processed my refund immediately. I’ve seen some reviews that say they receive less than the full price paid on PayPal but... I think deep discount actually overpaid me by like 96 cents lmao. Anyway, I did order a similar product along with the preorder that was in stock, and it arrived in perfect condition a few days later. As long as you’re not an idiot about what you’re ordering (and possible dates it will be available), deep discount is an awesome place to shop (for collectibles, to my knowledge anyway, since that’s all I’ve purchased haha). I usually don’t write reviews at all but I remember checking out reviews for deep discount before ordering cos the prices seemed suspiciously low but ended up going for it anyway. I’m writing this review in a small effort to reassure smart buyers that this website definitely deserves more than the current 1.86 stars!!!!"
"I pre ordered a Funko Movie Moment from this site. Waited the designated amount of time and then finally, my item was supposedly “shipped”. It took TWO freaking months before it actually got to me. I emailed them several times asking where it was and kept getting a run around, saying it would be shipped out in a few days or there was a delay and so on. Then, when I finally received the item, the box itself was busted all to hell. As a collector, this was unacceptable so I contacted them and they issued a return label stating that they would send a replacement. Another month later, I get an email saying they canceled my order and they won’t be sending my item. These pieces of crap made it so I can now no longer get my item unless I want to pay the ridulous inflated prices online from resellers. Never ordering from this awful place again. "
"Placed an order several weeks before Christmas, as they had the lowest price I could find. Contacted them a couple weeks later because I hadn't heard anything since the initial order, and we were down to one week before Christmas. They replied and said that my order had ben cancelled because they were "unable to obtain credit approval" for my order. Not sure what kind of credit approval they needed for a $12 DVD, but that sounded awfully sketchy, so I did not place another order. Of course, then I found this site with eerily similar experiences - should have done my research first, I guess! Still waiting to receive a refund to my card even though I couldn't get 'credit approval.' I'm guessing that if I never contacted them, it would have just hung out there forever."
"I placed an order, and Deep Discount cancelled the order due to "a previous charge back". The previous charge back was for 2 DVDs they could not supply, lied about refunding multiple times, and in the end did not provide the refund - hence the charge back.
Apart from cancelling the order, Deep Discount did not advise me about the cancellation, and did not provide a refund at all until I contacted them more than 3 weeks later, as to why they hadn't shipped the order. If I hadn't contacted them, I'm sure they would have just kept the money!"
" I ordered the wrong item. Within minutes of realizing what I ordered wasn’t what I wanted, I sent the seller a cancellation request thru Amazon. Brandon sent me an email back through Amazon stating that he tried to cancel my order but couldn’t because it was too far into the order even though it it only been a couple of minutes. I recommend never ever buying anything from this company. They just don’t want to work with their customers the right way. $262.41 for something I didn’t want in the first place. "Ordered earbuds. Opened box. Charged for 2 hours as per instructions. Didn't work. Charged longer. Nothing. Called customer service to see if I was going something wrong. Rep immediately says ' they are defective'. She tells me shell send me a return label. Nothing after 24 hours. Called back. Second rep tells me 24-48 just for the label. Nothing. Tweeted to see if I could get an answer. They swore it was sent. Nothing. Finally just got it at 45 hours. Checked my credit card for another reason and found that it was refunded. So the waste of time I just spent fighting for a label was for nothing. So annoying. "
"I have placed many, many orders with Deep Discount. They have great prices (even better when you get a 15% off promotion) and a great selection. I have had several out of stock notices, but they always refund PayPal quickly. I have also had a few defective items. They are quick to send a return-shipping label and either refund or send a new item right away. Pre-orders are always shipped. Some people have no patience (or don't look at the release date). This company has been an AWESOME source for music. They are honest and responsive. GREAT COMPANY."
"After canceled my pre order. They said they didn't charge any money from me. But when i looked at my account i saw the charge. Then i contacted with my bank and they are pretty sure it is a charge not an authorization. They suggest me to request a refund from Deepdiscount. I've requested it but answer was: We released you authorization money(it was 9 days ago by the way) I can't still se it on my account. Nothing has changed since then. I don't know what to do. Deepdiscount is not helping me for that. They don't think it is a charge. But i am sure it is . I want my money back it is just that simple."
"They refunded my money because they said they did not have stock of that item.
However they did not refund the full amount, I opened up a dispute on Pay Pal and I am still trying to resolve this because it is not considered an unauthorized transaction.
Contacting them, they just passed my complaint on.
Be careful they are sharks and they will not let you leave until they have taken a piece of you. Stay Clear!"
"I’ve ordered many things from them and usually it works out fine. I recently ordered two different cds and for each one they sent me the wrong product with the same name. I informed them of their error providing the correct and incorrect UPC numbers. They proceeded the exact same wrong items AGAIN. All I can chalk it up to is stupidity."
"I ordered a board game which was over 50 dls in every website, except for this one, in here it was 32 dls, shipping was cheap and my package arrived in less than a week!!! Package was perfect, it came on a good-sized cardboard box with wrapping paper and my item is brand new and in excellent condition. I will definitely BUY AGAIN in this website.

"Terrible store. I bought these through NewEgg and they came from Deep Discount. Two DVDs, cheap just $10. But they didn't work right out of the box. Then they sent me an RMA but no return shipping label. I sent them back at my expense and they are now denying they ever received them and cancelled my RMA. I tried to order a John Mayer DVD for my brother (who calls him "White Hendrix," btw). I wasted over a month ona used copy but never received it! I bought him that U2 concert DVD a few years ago with no problems but now this site seems very dark and shady to me. Their prices are terrible but they have a good selection. Good luck ever receiving the product you paid for though. I waited a lang time and, nothing!
They are very good at stringing you along and making you believe you will get what you ordered as soon as they have more in stock, which only serves to Compound the problem. I have been communicating with one of their "service managers" named Keith, but he refuses to give me a refund or cop to any wrongdoing. --For awhile I thought he was incompetent but I eventually realized it was all by design. I finally had to cancel my credit card to make absolutely sure they would never get another penny from me, as well as writing a scorching letter to the BBB.
It's been over two months and I still have not received any product or a refund! I'm not afraid to SUE!
