We are located in the US Virgin Islands, the 2nd part of our order arrived with the wrong address and was shipped back to the states. We still have not received it."

"While the products I eventually received were fine and as expected the shipping time was delayed over a week with no communication and the orders were shipped incomplete. The first product I received was tumblers with no straws- I reached out to customer service and my account manager. I talked to customer service twice on the phone with promises for follow up that never came and received no response to voicemails left with my account manager. It took a week for the straws to then be shipped and by that time I had purchased straws from another source because I had not gotten any communication from Deluxe that they were in fact shipping me the straws. The other item I ordered at the same time as the tumblers had an estimated delivery date of 7/7 however it did not even ship until 7/15. I understand production delays, however I called for an update multiple times both leading up to 7/9 and then after the date had passed. I also emailed my account manager for updates and got none. I finally received the rest of my order on 7/18- it was marked as shipped 3 minutes after a strongly worded email to my account manager, suspicious. There was no follow up or communication when there were delays despite me being proactive and asking for information. Furthermore when the company shipped products incompletely (tumblers without straws) there was minimal response and it took a week and multiple calls on my part simply to get what I ordered. I will not use this company again. "

I called customer service and they were great about helping me through the process of filing a claim and getting the items returned and credited towards a reprint. "
