"Our first order was changed due to certain colors not available and then a week later we were made aware that all colors were sold out and on back order so we were going to switch back to our original colors and just wait until the new stock arrived. Then that update changed again and we had to change up our order again. Lots of back and forth on an order that should have been really simple. It would be nice if the online catalogue only listed products that were currently available so that we could get the product in a timely manner based on what we originally paid for and ordered. Fingers crossed we will get our thermal mugs soon. Still waiting..."

"When I called & emailed everyone was VERY difficult to work with. I was purchasing speakers as year end awards for a youth group. Paid for them online for the speakers & set up charge. I was then invoiced again. When I called to question the 2nd invoice, I was told it was an additional color charge. I asked if this could be waived or discounted. I thought that since it wasn't part of the initial charges that it was excessive. I purchase from several similar companies and they routinely waive the set up cost or color costs . I received very curt email replies. But as I was initial drawn to this company because of the quality of their products, I continued with my order. I then received an email saying that the product was no longer available. Not sure if I believe this or they were just blowing me off."

"The rep made me feel like I was the reason for their delay. Then when I showed multiple email correspondence with his manager he disappeared from the transaction and the manager took over. I was then told that my calendars were being processed and to expect it in 3 weeks. 2 weeks later I received an email from the manager that the calendars I ordered are out of stock. Really? It took you that long to tell me you don't have my calendars? That's just poor customer service. Like I said...awful service!"
