"I approved my order and on 12/03, I was told my order was in production. On 12/11, I was told the item was no longer available. Ruining Christmas present for employees. Still have not received my refund. Absolute garbage."

"We ordered mugs for our company Christmas party. There was an issue receiving the mugs we ordered from InkHead's vendor and a miscommunication from our account manager. When things like this happen, you are usually at the mercy of the company you ordered from and with Inkhead even though a mistake was made, their excellent customer service team made it right. Everything was produced and shipped in time for the Christmas party. It seemed like the mistake that was made did not happen often,
and the way they handled it they ensured I would order from them again. I'm happy with my experience."

"This is my first order with Inkhead. After spending a lot of time researching all my options, I placed an order >$500 for promotional shopping bags and thought I'd give this company a try. My order was placed for certain customer deliveries I needed to make in December and I was careful to ensure the delivery timelines would get me my product in time. I quickly approved the design proof and thought all was well. I was then contacted by the seller many days later....and informed that the item I ordered was out of stock and wouldn't be available until the end of December. This put me in a very difficult place as I had now missed shipping deadlines of other vendors for my internal deadline. I asked InkHead to do just a small run of my ordered product or a similar alternative just so I could complete my deliveries, and they said "NO." I asked for a replacement product that they could do in time, and I just received a link back to their main product page (no samples or suggestions) with more expensive items. They also were not willing to rush replacements products to make my internal deadline. I placed my order on 11/26. Today is 12/17 and I am still waiting. I've given up and don't expect to receive anything until 2019 and am just hoping they come out ok. Long story short, if you order from these folks, call to ensure they can actually produce your product and can meet any deadline you have. Otherwise, you could be left hanging..."
