"Mostly a pleasant experience. I ordered a sample to be sure I knew what I was getting before I ordered in bulk. The design and order process was a breeze. I received prompt and friendly service when I needed to have our account marked tax-exempt. Design services even made suggestions for changes to the font I had chosen due to the fact that it wouldn't print clearly. Although, in hind sight I wish I had made the imprinted text larger and would have liked the design team to offer that suggestion to the printing issue as well. Shipping was speedy after the product was produced. My dissatisfaction lies with the fact that the product I received was of noticable lesser quality and a slightly different color than the sample I had received. It's not good business practice to pull a bait and switch on your customers. Your samples should be coming directly from the bin of product you are printing on."

"I had previously used InkHead to produce custom items, which is the reason that I returned to them. This time, I encountered two issues which will prompt me to look at other vendors for next year's program.
First, I learned too late that they used my old address as the shipping address, but I had moved offices more than a year ago. My secretary placed the order, and she wouldn't have provided my old address, so somewhere in their process, they didn't verify the shipment address with us before placing the order. When I contacted them to change it, we would have incurred a change fee by the shipper! I opted to keep it as is and then contact the old address to get my shipment.
Second, when I was making up packages for our first program, I counted the quantity multiple times and had another person on our staff recount them because we were one short. We ordered 60 items and received only 59! Fortunately, I only needed half for the first program. I contacted the company, and they did apologize and ship the missing item to my address within a few days. However, most businesses in this situation would have done more than just provide the missing single item. If I would have needed all 60 items at the start, having one less would have put me in a bad position. An apology and replacing the missing item seems insufficient of a response.
The quality of the items was as expected. For that reason, if I get a much more attractive price from them and am able to get our order in with more notice, I may still consider using them again."
"I ordered 12 printed lawn chairs and when I received them 9/12 were printed crooked and off center. They sent replacements and 2 of those were printed crooked as well. Pretty frustrating. "

"I like the color and look of our bottles but was not happy with placement of logo. It was supposed to be on both sides of the bottle but only came shipped with one side printed. Not sure if the logo was not the right size or why this happened.

"Getting an email asking to rate a product that I haven't received yet is a little frustrating. I did attempt to order a large quantity of water bottles back in May, however I was informed a few days after I placed AND PAID for my order that the product I wanted was out of stock. It's really a shame that this isn't made clear on the website prior to ordering, especially for orders that are TIME SENSITIVE. I then had to find a new water bottle and when someone in customer service tried to charge me the difference in cost I had to convince her that was not right as it was made unaware that my product was out of stock in the first place. I then asked if there was any type of rush shipping that could be implemented on my order to make up for the delay and was told I would be responsible for that charge and the vendor who supplies the water bottles wouldn't even be able to ship them until today, June 19th (coincidentally enough). Are you kidding me?? I STILL have not received my water bottles. I was initially referred to Ink Head by a friend of mine, but will definitely be using Discount Mugs from now on like I have for the past 4 years. These water bottles are time sensitive and this whole situation has just caused more stress than an order of water bottles should. Very frustrating. "
