Went through website and my cc was charged. 3 days later, I get an email for a “Balance Due” on a rush order, it’s more than the openers themselves! After contacting customer service, I’m told “Oh, that was a mistake” and then the guy chops 25% off the rush shipping. I explain that I’ve never put in an order online (which included a field for the date I needed them) and been billed and then re-billed later for a higher amount. His reply was “That’s how we do it.” Cancelled my order and will not only never use them, but will do my best to see that nobody I know ever uses them. Deceptive company. "

Had minor issues using website to place order and when placing the telephone order some of our information was lost and had to be re-submitted on another day which delayed our delivery time. Clerical errors on their part. After it was all said and done though we did get our product and it was as advertised and the print quality was high. "
"I've ordered from InkHead before and have loved the service and products. They are easy to work with, provide excellent advice and help with graphics. The graphics for my latest order included a very old scan of a school crest for a 30 year class reunion (we can't find a decent digital copy). They cleaned up the image and made it look great.
They say the measure of a company is not just how well they perform, but also in how well they deal with problems that arise. Because having a problem or issue is not unheard of. It happens to the best of companies. I experienced how well InkHead dealt with an issue and they went above and beyond.
My order arrived early, but there was a printer error. I contacted InkHead and received a very quick response. They were very apologetic and had a replacement shipment out to me very quickly. Through the whole process they kept me informed on the status of the replacements and they arrived fast. I still had plenty of time to meet my deadline and was very happy.
Not everything goes right 100% of the time even with the very best companies. But how well a company responds when something goes wrong gives you a true sense of service. I am very happy with my purchase and have shared with the others on my reunion committee. I've recommended InkHead in the past based on my previous orders and will continue to do so - with an even stronger recommendation after this experience. "
