"Beware of making purchases. There will be required* additional fees on purchases. I purchased custom mugs and wanted to put my logo on it. Very common. After picking out the cups, I am required to pay additional fee for printing. Then, when I uploaded my logo and did what was necessary for the print, I am hit with another fee. The fee was to have a representative look over the logo design. The representative didn't do anything to the logo, only to say, please approve what I did myself. At the end of the day, what was suppose to be $300, ended up being $600 with tax and shipping fee on top. Why not tell me it was going to be $600 at the beginning instead of adding fees one at a time?"

"I ordered 2500 Brown matchbooks with a white logo on the front from InkHead.com on December 16, 2017. The product stated it would be tan ink on brown matchbook. I asked if it was possible to instead have white ink printed on the matchbook and was told that it could be adjusted to white no problem. I was sent a proof of a white logo on a brown matchbook which I approved. On January 3, 2018 I got an email stating that because of the holidays my order had not been put into production yet and would probably not arrive until the first week of February. It seemed like an awfully long time but I said that was fine. On February 1, 2018 I received the product and when I opened up the case, all of the matchbooks were printed with tan ink. I immediately went back to check the proof that I approved and it showed white as I had indicated. I contacted customer service on their site and indeed they confirmed that they should have been printed in white ink. I was told they would look into it and get right back to me. Needless to say I was disappointed being I had waited over 45 days to get this product in. I then received an email stating that the product I ordered cannot be printed with white ink (even though I was told it could be and approved a proof with white ink). I ended up having to find a different vendor to print these for me and ended up losing money on the job because I based my price off of the original quote I got from InkHead and had to custom order the white ink on brown books for my customer. Very disappointing first experience with this company and I would not recommend using them or would I ever use them in the future. "

The color of my designs have to be a specific shade due to branding restrictions, the color of the cups are different for every order, the designs for my stadium cups differed from the designs on the mugs I ordered, and I had to have it all done on a rush. I definitely put in a tall order for InkHead, but they delivered.
