"I have to say buyer beware. I made an order for by daughter’s school project that was two colors. I submitted the design and Inkhead ACCEPTED THE PAYMENT. Where I come from when you accept payment for something you follow through. Being that I really did not have time to start over I accepted the 40% increase in cost. Now at this point the art work had been review a couple times and approved and again, although disgruntled, I accepted the additional cost. Again Inkhead comes back and says that can’t do the job, because the two colors can’t be within ½ inch of each other. They wrote “the only way the logo as is will be to go with a full color bag which will increase the cost per unit.” At this point they were nice enough to say if I would like they would cancel the order and issue a full refund. Really if I would like… They knew good a well I did not have time to start over. They only choice I had was to remove one of the colors. Now in one of my of my phone calls with Ben Clifton, Sales Account Manager, he did says they would refund one of the set up charges or something, because of all the troubles. But of course that NEVER HAPPENED. He also took offense that I felt they were operating a “bait and switch” operation, but that is what I felt was going on. Mr. Clifton said it was right there on the web pages that second colors were an additional cost, then why did they accept payment, why did they accept the art work and then want more money when two colors where within ½ inch of each other. I am submitting this review to Inkhead.com, as well as other sites, based on an email request I received from them for a review, so it will be interesting to see if it actually gets posted. So if you’re seeing this on Amazon, Google, Yelp, Bing, I challenge you to go to their site and see if it is posted, if not that should tell you a lot. The ONLY reason this review is receiving 2 Stars, is the product, once received was actually pretty nice, but I think they sub contracted it out. I am not a person who would normally take the time to write a review, especially a negative one; people make mistakes and have bad days. However, I feel like I was lied to and this maybe how they treat many of their customers. SO BUYER BEWARE..

As on our answer to your Facebook psoting, please understand, on the website the default price includes one color, one location, and this is standard for promotional items. Each virtual proof takes at least an hour for an artist to create, so we provide that custom service after payment. We prepare proofs after the order has been placed due to the commitment of time and manpower from our Art Department.
During the proofing process, you can make as many revisions as needed - and if you dislike the proofs and decide you want to cancel, we would, of course, refund you in full. As far as your comment regarding us subcontracting, we are an ASI Distributor, and we're using multiple suppliers/ manufacturers, we are not producing anything in-house.
