"Arrived at 7am only a few people ahead of me. I was there to get a “dealer only key”. Toyota was having a 40% off sale if you ordered your part on line. They wouldn’t give me the part number. Apparently Precision Toyota will and maybe Toyota direct would. I agreed to proceed as I was already there. So we made an appointment for the following Monday. I got a quote of $326 scribbled on a piece of note paper. At 9:40am my car was ready, 2 hours 40 minutes to cut and program?. I was further shocked when the bill came to $388! The surprise fees were $30 shop supplies, $6.95 Credit/Debit Card fee, $2.99 Digital input fee (entering the repair order into their Computer). I tried to reason with them with the bill, but the management was too busy to speak with me and apparently the Assistant Manager has no authority. I’ll be contesting the bill with Visa and filing some written consumer complaints."

"I called for a part, knowing they sell cheaper through their website, and asked if they would give me their website price instead. The salesman refused. I asked for the part number so i could order the part and save money and the salesman would not give it. His reasoning was they give the part number, somebody orders the part off their website and orders the incorrect part, then yells at the salesman about it. So i had to call, then go on their website, call again to verify the part i need was the correct part number, then order it for $40 cheaper on their website. Picked it up the next day from them. A bit annoyed at the fact that i was not able to get the part number right off to order it."

Even though when i do order parts online im still picking them up from the same counter person i would have order from in person..... Toyota used to be good..."
"The online parts ordering system is fast and easy to use, if you know the part number you need. Description of parts is accurate but if you do not know your part number you may not be able to find the part you need. In regards to shipping, parts are sent very quickly and packaged nicely to avoid damage. Desert Toyota parts department is my go to for OEM parts. Keep up the great work!"
