"I had a good experience by this seller so I wanted to share as most good reviews aren't shared.
I bought an "as-new" Samsung Galaxy and received one "as-good as new". It took about a bit over a week to receive which is normal in my wide internet shopping experience. And if there were a problem, had I received not what was promised == my experience is that all sellers require receipt of the damaged one before shipping another one out, & that includes trusted stores like Amazon. I'm on my way to buy my second device from this store and hope after reading these reviews that experience will be as good as my first purchase.
I also never give 5 stars because there is always room for improvement, hence by giving less than 5 Stars doesn't reflect in any shape that I was any less satisfied."
"I ordered a "NEW" phone with "NEW" accessories and an extra screen cover (SAME PRICE AS AMAZON). The same phone was available "cheaper" for a slightly used phone, but I decided to buy the NEW one. They sent a bunch of USED items that had CRUD all over them. The phone (USED) arrived much later. Instead of mailing me two screen covers, which I paid for, they included one, USED, incorrectly mounted, to cover the front camera. It was the wrong screen cover for that phone. The phone had scratches all over it, including the Home Button. BTW, when I initiated a dispute and returned the junk they sent me; they threatened to call the Police, blacklisting the phone, etc, for filing a fraudulent claim. Hypocrites! Stay away from this company!! For the same amount of $$, you can buy elsewhere, like Amazon. Even ebay is better. "
"Ordered a "like new" phone for extra money, finally got the phone weeks later, and the screen was delaminated, and chipped. They admitted the phone should of not been in that bad of shape, and asked me to send it back. I really needed the phone and had already waited weeks to get it, so I asked them to send me the replacement first, so I could use this one in the meantime since it was their fault that they had sent me the wrong one. It has now been 3 weeks, because it takes 3-4 days for them to reply to anything, and they don't answer their phones. They gave me a bunch of excuses as to why they can't give me the phone I ordered until I send this one back. This is ridiculous! I have opened a dispute with my bank to have the charges reversed. I have since been credited for the balance by my bank, but continue to battle the dispute. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!"
"Purchased a cellular device on February 27th. No shipping information was never sent. The customer service line is unmonitored. No one is available to answer it at any time. And they don't respond to the support tickets that they suggest you right. I've had absolutely no communication since I've made this purchase weeks ago. Have disputed it with my bank and I have plans to go to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General."

"Devices-now.com is the worst company I have ever dealt with. To keep a long story short, this whole site is a SCAM. They don't ship items at all. I doubt they even have an inventory. You can't even talk with customer support - try calling their phone number, emailing them, creating their support ticket, nothing works ... Their customer service is a total black hole - you try to communicate with them, but they won't respond. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. My best advice, NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY."
"Did not do my research before I ordered. Stupid. I ordered a galaxy s7 on feb.16th, 2018. On a Friday after hours so I didn't expect it to be on my door by Monday or anything...but it is now mar.1st and a phone hasn't even been sent to the post office for shipping. I would've paid the extra $400 and bought another brand new if I would've known it was going to take this long...and that's if I even get one at all, now that I'm reading about how many people have been ripped off by this company. I will repost next week and if I have a phone I will say exactly what condition it is in...if I don't have a phone, then I will post all of the owner and his sisters information so we can all call a phone that he/she answers. I have filed a report with Ic3.gov I suggest you all do the same."

"I purchased a phone on February 14, 2018. To this date March 2nd, I still have no phone, no contact from company. They said my phone has shipped and provided a tracking number. However, USPS says they have not received the item. Save yourself alot of problems and buy somewhere else! This company is deceitful in every way. "
"As many of the other reviews, I was ripped off by them as well. To try and get some of my money back, I have disputed the charges with my bank. I also filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney's General office and with the Federal Trade Commission. I don't know if it will help but it can't hurt."
" I ordered a phone for my son on January 25th 2018. They process my payment on January 28th 2018 and I never heard from them again. They have a voice mail which they say is not monitored and they don't answer their phone. They tell you to open up an email help ticket if you need to reach them and they don't respond. I wish I would have seen this review before I ordered from them. They make themselves look very official online, but buyer beware. You will never hear from them again.

"I placed the order on line, can never reach anyone by phone, and emails are auto generated. They claimed to have shipped my merchandise but the USPS has no record of ever receiving a package for the tracking number they provided. Unfortunately, I did not do my homework before ordering which was a big mistake. I have requested a refund and gotten no reply. I am now forced to dispute the charge with my bank. DON'T ORDER ONLINE FROM THEM"
"Pros: I received my product early and it works well. The chat agents were friendly and helpful. They even upgraded my shipping free of charge so the product would arrive before Christmas. Great price.
Cons: There was a long period of no communication after the purchase was made. The "Track My Order" on their website does not give clear or accurate feedback after the purchase is made. The phone number was never answered despite multiple calls during business hours. The the free installed screen protector was not useful - it only covered the middle of the screen and it came off too easily.
Now that I have experienced their service and know what to expect I would purchase from them again to get the best price."
