"I ordered a Galaxy S6 active though this company on the 26th of August, and waited the 1-3 days for processing. Seeing as how I ordered the phone at 10 something in the morning i assumed by Tuesday I should have some sort of information on shipping...not so. I tried using the order number to look up look up the status and it told me there was an unknown error. So I called on Wednesday to check on the phone and (I believe his name was Michael) told me it would be heading out for shipping that night, and yes their website had been acting up that day (I still cant see my order through the status link.) It is now 2 and a half weeks later and I don't have the phone, any shipping information, no order status...nothing. I really just want the phone I ordered, in working order and in the "like new" condition that it stated it would be in 5 days ago. Because now instead of "unlocked" stating the phone had been returned in 1-30 days that it DID say a few days ago (which is now used for "Open Box", not an option when I ordered my phone) the condition of "unlocked" is described as 30-60 days of use with signs of normal handling...so am I now to receive a junker? Since they obviously haven't actually sent it out yet how about trading it for "open box" condition? Same price and all. But hey, I'm glad their company is on the ball when it comes to removing the funds from one's bank account. Hoping to get a phone eventually that doesn't look like its been tossed against a wall, shall I hold my breath?"
"I placed an order for a Note 4 on a Friday got confirmation this it SHIPPED that Monday the 22nd with a tracking number and just like everybody else on this site I was not able to track the location of the phone or reach anybody from devices Now so I put a stop payment on my pay pal and sent 5 plus emails to get an answer as to the location of my phone with no reply I eventually got refunded for the shipping but that was not helpful due to the fact that I needed a phone NOW so I canceled the order and got a phone from another company now here is the funny part you need approval just to do a refund from a company that never responds to calls or emails I asked them NOT to ship the phone and issue a refund and what did they do they never responded and shipped the phone anyway (Keep in mind they originally said they shipped it that Monday the 22nd but it shipped on Friday the 26th and now I am still trying to reach them for a refund/return and the website is down NOBODY SHOULD EVER DEAL WITH DEVICES NOW. "

Please make sure you read the reviews on this site and not on the reviews provided on Devices-now.com website. Most of the reviews on their site only mention the shipping process, but not much about the quality of the products.

"I ordered an unlocked gold iPhone 5s for my daughter on August 10. My money was promptly removed from my bank account. Then, I never received a confirmation email. I contacted the company several times about the lengthy wait for the phone. I got excuse after excuse about them being on back order, etc...Fine, but I NEVER got any kind of notification without me asking. Day after day. FINALLY, after sending yet another email and making a phone call, we got a phone in the mail yesterday (Saturday, August 27) First of all, it's not the correct color. It is silver, and we ordered gold. It says gold on the packing slip. Second, IT IS ICLOUD LOCKED!! I am assuming this is a stolen phone. This company is a scam and the lying, thieving owners should be locked up. Not to mention, my daughter is devastated! Now we're out 200.00, and can't afford to purchase her another phone.
Also, our packing slip says that it was shipped on Aug. 16, but I actually SPOKE to someone in customer service on Aug. 24, and he said it hadn't shipped yet. These people are unbelievable! Outright lying thieves. "

No one picks up at their phone number for days, I opened a ticket, Sent emails but absolutely no response, finally got someone on phone who said we should definitely receive by the weekend.. "First let me say that the item that was ordered, when received was in top notch notch condition and works fine. Now, with that said, lets talk about the company and just the lack of urgency for anything. Order for phone was placed on Aug 4th after which an email containing tracking info was sent, but stayed stagnant for over a week it just stated that the box was ready for pickup at their location. Aug 11th an email was sent looking for status update. After no reply, I called their number to which they have a generic msg stating that theyre all busy and leaving a voicemail is not an option as they do not monitor VM's. So I kept calling, immediate calls one after the other. Finally by the 8th call it rang and someone picked up, albeit they sounded high, but I was happy to speak to a live person. But they were also no help as all they said was "it's on the way"...I asked for some sort of conformation because the tracking was still blank, to which they said "all I can say is that its on the way." Magically a couple days later tracking information started to appear and on Aug 19th the phone arrives. But it took 12 days for any tracking info to appear, once the tracking info started, there were daily updates as to where the package was, I really think the package had not been sent until after I called. Today, Aug 27th, I just received a reply from my original email sent on the 4th...16 days later...really? So yes, they have some great pricing..but the admin/cust service side of their business is atrocious.

They were very quick to take the money, but after a couple of replies to my queries for a status, I am now being ignored like the other reviewers. Appears I'll now have to stop payment, which I hadn't yet planned to do until I saw this website and the resultant reviews. What a shame that I (probably "we") didn't see these reviews before the orders were made. This business plan can only fail, if they don't change it immediately.
