"One star is too good for their service... I ordered two iPhones through their web-site. After aver a week, and I had no shipment info, and the order due to arrive... I only found one contact number on the website, and it was a voice messaging system... You only can leave a message! I did and I sent an email for them.
I was surprised ten days later, I got my order... a phone with different color, and screen protecters delivered were not for iPhone brand ordered. It was one order, and thats it! I would not recommend this site to anyone..."

"After waiting over 3 weeks they sent a broken phone and the wrong cover. Then after weeks more of waiting they sent a replacement phone, that broke in about 15 days.
They then said that "after 2 months you must have gotten a virus", so there is nothing they can do. First, it was 2 months since we first paid for the phone. We only had it for about two weeks. However since their refund policy is 30 days from original purchase date, we were SOL. I tried and tried to find someone to fix it. I even sent to to Samsung. They refused to work on it because it wasn't "Factory Unlocked" as Devices-now.com promised. It was just a standard after marked unlock, so they refused to even look at it.
On top of this they never answer their phones nor their chat room They will answer you e-mail, but only after about a week. Their customer service ****.
I given the number of complaints I see here, and the fact that Devices-now.com sent us two defective phones, I don't see how it could have been anything but they sell defective phones on purpose. We are out $263 Avoid them at all costs."

"Got immaculate note 4 in 2 days from St Augustin to California. Shipped the same day as everybody was leaving.
There was a problem with the imei but they took a week or so because of the hurricane.
I provided the imei and s/n by email to friendly and helpful support and they had the imei fixed (!) In two hours. Sim card worked right away.
That is why I give them five stars And a gold life-preserver."
"I have seen some of the bad reviews and I have to say I am surprised. I have had nothing but great customer service and the phone I bought works perfect. I did have a minor glitch with my initial purchase but customer service corrected the problem and sent out a new phone (even while dealing with Hurricane Matthew!) Sometimes you have to have a little patience, I get that we are now in an instant gratification era but Devices Now customer service staff will always make things right and take care of you. I give Devices Now an A++++++++++!"

"I ordered a Samsung S6 Active from this company on the 20th of July (it wasn't even the cheapest price, but of course the reviews were great....head shake). Money was immediately removed from PayPal account, but phone still had not even shipped 9 days later (checked by tracking number). I sent an email to the support site ("We have been doing system upgrades over the last few days to our site which has led to some delays in our response time") and the phone showed as being shipped two days later.
The phone arrived and was just the phone (as described in ad) with some aftermarket, crap charger, in a generic box. Ok, seemed to work so I was satisfied.
THEN i carry the phone in the back pocket of my sweaty (no, didn't fall in the water or get caught in the rain) jeans and this phone which is supposed to be " IP68 certified - dust and water resistant up to 1.5 meter and 30 minutes
- MIL-STD-810G certified - salt, dust, humidity, rain, vibration, solar radiation, transport and thermal shock resistant" shorted out.
Well, it wasn't....it quit working and hasn't recovered since

No response from the company, no effort to even address, much less fix the problem...
