"Stay away from this company! This was my worst online shopping experience. I placed an order for a cell phone on 7/13/14. Devices-now's advertised price was competitive for a new unit (about $30 less than most). My credit card was charged without delay, and Item was supposed to ship within 24 hrs of cleared payment. By 7/15 there was no sign of shipment. I called company's listed phone number on invoice but each call rang out without anyone picking. I eventually left a voice message. I also used the company's "contact us" feature on their website to send an email. There was no reply to both. I then called my credit card company to find out the process of cancelling a transaction or filing a dispute, but informed my credit card company that I would take action if I didn't hear from Devices-now by the end of day on 7/15. Later in the afternoon on 7/15, Devices-now replied to my email saying "Thank you for contacting us regarding your order. We did receive your order and will send the tracking confirmation this afternoon". About 4 hrs later I got another email notifying me of shipment, with a tracking link. I thought my ordeal was over. The tracking number was for a USPS 2-day Priority Mail service. Each time I tried to track shipment, I got the message "electronic shipping info received". According to USPS "this does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date". It never showed item picked by USPS, let alone the location. I got into making another series of unanswered phone calls. I later called my credit card company. They placed me on hold a number of times and eventually informed me they had someone from the company on the phone. This individual introduced himself as the owner of the company, sounded all apologetic, and explained that the USPS probably lost the package. He added that they were used to seeing such, but that he wasn't worried because the package was insured. This discussion was on 7/17. He asked me to give him till 7/19 to work it out with USPS, adding that he would ship another package if by 7/19 the previous one was not located by USPS. He said he would call me by 7/19 to let me know, and gave me a "direct phone number" after I complained the one listed on my invoice was never answered. Just as I expected, I never heard from them. On 7/21 I called the "direct number" the gentleman gave me several times and nobody picked. I then called my credit card company to initiate a dispute, and shortly after, the said owner of the company I spoke with earlier called me. He started to apologize again, asking for more time so he could ship another unit. But I told him I was done. A refund was the only option. He offered further discount, but it was late. On 7/24 I got an email notifying me of a refund. I waited several days for the refund to show on my account, and was actually thinking of the best next step to take. Finally, on 8/1/14 the refund appeared on my account. I had wasted 3 weeks. Where in this country does a USPS 2-day Priority Mail service take up to 3 weeks and never even showed item as picked up? (Sorry, my paragraphing was lost when I submitted the review. It could not be fixed by the "edit" feature)."
"I ordered an Iphone 4 which was reasonably priced on a Sunday. I paid extra for overnight UPS so it would arrive in time for my daughter's birthday. The order was processed Monday (they charged my credit card). They processed for shipping on Wednesday and shipped it two day US mail. Needless to say, it did not arrive in time for her birthday, and they were unreachable by phone and e-mail. This business is nowhere near reliable, and I would not recommend them to ANYONE!"

"Absolute disappointment. Never ever had such bad experience with online shopping. And I buy most of my needs online only.
I needed a smartphone by 29th January. I placed my order with Devices-now on 16th January. Contrary to what they claim, the phone was shipped on 22nd of January after several emails and phone calls. After that I kept checking USPS status and it always show "Electronic Shipping Info Received". According to USPS "This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. ". I waited for couple of days and from 24th tried to reach devices-now through phone calls, email and chat. The only way I could reach them is Online chat. They never respond to emails or voice mails. Finally on 29th they blamed USPS for losing the package and it is never delivered. I'll never shop with devices-now, nor recommend to anybody.
Devices-now responded to my above review. But I don't see a way to respond to that. Hence i am adding comments here as my response to that.
1. device-now, never ever contacted me either through emails or on phone till this review. So if they say they kept "constant contact" it is a lie.
2. My credit card is charged on 18th January. I called them several times on 20th Jan to know the status of shipping but no one picked up the phone. I gave up thinking they don't work on Martin Luther kings Day.
3. Some one picked up my call on 21st Jan and told me that my item is ready for shipping and will be shipped on that day. But it didn't
4. On 22nd Jan, i.e after 4 days of charging my credit card and after 6 days of placing my order, item is shipped. at least the message from Devices now states that.
5. There is never any communication from them to inform the status, despite, asking them to do so. Once the shipping is claimed to be done, the only way I could reach them is through on line chat on working days. and every time they simply blame USPS and they dont even come back to you to say that they are trying.
6. Finally, I clearly communicated to them on 27th Jan that I need the shipment by 29th. But they could do nothing but blame USPS."
