"THIS COMPANY IS THE PITTS! I ordered a phone Sunday. No response No email No acknowledgement that they even received an order. Although of course they did receive the money. I contacted PayPal and there is nothing they can do. They have to go through a dispute process. In the meantime....I have no phone and can not order another phone through another company because I have to wait for the dispute process. I am never ordering even a paper clip from this company ever. Couldn't contact them. No number on the website. Tried signing up to send an email .. couldn't do that. The automatic response for the confirmation for an email to validate my email ... of course did not work. Tried it 5 times. Got a number from pay payl was't even a 1800 number and of course again. They didn't answer the phone . ...Done with this company done with paypal. At least if you use a credit card they will cancel automatically. Can't cancel with paypal have to go through dispute process. Totally disgusted and phoneless! By the way went to bizrate and saw all the negativity for this company. 7 days 14 days to even ship a product. Some people waiting 3 weeks. This is crazy . How do these people even stay in business. Lesson learned no more pay pal. I will always check a company first before ordering."

I bought a unlocked iphone 5s from Devicenow on June 22, 2015 and I received it after 7 days, when I opened it i found it used and lot of signs of scratches and few dents as well, as It was not in expected condition I re-pack the phone immediately and dropped a mail to them that I wish to return the phone and wanted my money back. They expressed sorrow and provided me return address details to return the phone. I did send the phone to them very next day and on July 3rd they sent me an acknowledge mail as well confirming that they have received the device and will process the refund in 48-72 hrs.
Though I was not happy with the poor condition phone they sent me for $340 I paid but some how I was ok with customer service as they were promptly responding my mails and I thought i would get my refund promptly.
what happened after that is pathetic customer service experience for me from Devicenow, Now since then I am chasing them almsot daily basis through mail and they are giving me excuses every time like "wait for 7 days as banks take some time to process transaction", "let us check with payment team and get back to you" , "We will get it processed in next 24-48 hrs", "Our payment team is getting an error while processing your refund", "We will get this issue short out soon" bla bla... now its July 24th and I am still chasing the mail with no confirmation yet when I would be getting my refund back.
I am feeling nervous now of loosing my money with them.. can some one suggest what else I can do to get my money back from them ??
I shall wait for couple of days more and if I dont get my money back, I shall start posting my this experience on various public forums and review sites just to make many other innocent buyers be aware of this fraud company and not waste their hard earned money with them

"The site is ok to navigate, things could be clearer and explained better, but if we as the customer take the responsibility on themselves to make sure and check their FAQs section and shipping timelines, it is all spelled out for us (I did, so I knew what to expect). The shipping is slow, but no slower than any other online retailer, unless we are talking about Amazon, which isn't a fair comparison. Products are A+ though and well worth the wait. I will definitely be buying from them again, I just hope they can speed up their shipping. Customer service is lacking a bit, but they are MUCH quicker to respond to emails than voicemail, so keep that in mind. "

"I ordered an iPhone 5c early this month(July) and I still haven't heard from this company after 3 weeks. They haven't even sent me a tracking number. When I check the status of my order, it always comes up as 'processing' it's been that way for a while now. I know I live on the other side of the world but you can't seriously take this long to at least just send an email with the tracking number. Or even ship it. It took you a hundred times as fast to charge my card. I'm leaving on the 21st of August to a different location and I really hope my phone arrives before then. "
"Ordered a iPhone 5S case for my son on June 21st. I paid an extra $5.99 for expedited shipping. As of July 13th, I still had not received anything from Devices-Now. I called them and got a recording. I emailed them and got a reply which said that case I ordered was on backorder and that they could not give me a date when it would be available. They said that they had it in a different color that they could send me now. I told them to do that. To date, I have not been able to contact anyone directly on the phone... all communication has been through email. I have requested an email on a tracking number and never received one. I did get them to refund my expedited shipping money ($5.99) but I still can not get confirmation or a tracking number that the different color case is on its way. Today, I reached out to try and get a full refund because I am tired of the hassle but they have yet to respond. I will not use this company again due to lack of communication, not easy to talk to someone, and they dont follow through on promises (to email me with a shipping tracking number)."
"We ordered a new Samsung S4 previously from Devices-Now and it was a good experience, so we recently ordered two more.
HOWEVER, this time the experience has been so bad that we have no intention of ever ordering again. It's been 18 days and no line of sight to getting the phones. We ordered 2 Samsung Galaxy S4s (buyer remorse phones).
** When the phones did not arrive after 7 days, and the USPS tracking number saying they hadn't received the phone, my wife called. They blamed it on the post office, but the next day the USPS tracking update said that they just received the phone.
** We received two phones after 2 weeks, but the batteries and chargers (with both phones) were for a different model of phone. AND, One of the phones had damaged
** Two days after we contacted them, replacement batteries were received at the post office, shipping standard mail, and based on tracking will be here a week after contacting them.
** They did agree to replace the damaged phone, but 2 business days have gone by and it's not shipped. They did send a shipping notice with a USPS tracking number that is not recognized by USPS.
** They have generally been responsive to emails/chats/phone calls, but the number of errors, delays in shipping and slow response to correcting issues make it frustrating.
** SO, 18 days and waiting . . . . . ."

"Ordered an Iphone 5s for my daughter to take on a family trip... when I checked the tracking number to see when it would be here, it still said 'preshipment info sent to seller' and this was after 8 days. On the USPS website it also said that it would be shipped First Class 2 day mail. Well, it seems that my daughter will be leaving for her trip without her iphone (we are leaving on Saturday)... I will never be purchasing from this company again... EXTREMELY UNHAPPY... :(
When I contacted them for assistance, the customer service rep's reply to me was that the shipping policy information was right there on the site, however, I searched the site and I could not locate any information any kind of shipping information anywhere."

The people complaining of the hold's on their cards (holds and charges are different) and the shipping process just don't understand how the world works. I called them a day after I placed the order and they were more than helpful about finding the information, and they even threw in a free otterbox cases to ease my worries!! And I was even more surprised when the phone arrived, I ordered a refurbished phone and got a phone that looked brand new, I was amazed!!! "I ordered a smart phone on 5/29/15 (order# 100009466) to take on my vacation. It was promised for 7 - 9 day delivery. I received an email on June 1st that it had shipped. I received another email on June 4th that it had shipped. So when did it really ship - and June 4th is now 6 days out. I sent an email to customer service because supposedly you can use a "link to track your order" - not working. I looked at my online account and it said that I have no orders. I heard back that "it will arrive in a few days". 5 days later and still no phone so I emailed again. Now I'm told that the PO made a mistake and "it will arrive in a few days". Today is June 13th and I still have no phone. I am leaving on my vacation without a phone. As soon as they were told that the PO made a "mistake", they should have over-nighted the phone to me. WHAT POOR SERVICE. Never again"
"First attempt led Amex to call me about Fraud Alert, but rep called me after letting them know about it and I'm trying again this time through PayPal. Will see how it goes.
After talking to customer service, I felt comfortable enough to put in an order using PayPal, just in case. The experience went well. It feels like a smaller operation, but the personal touch and knowing they were based out of the US made me feel a little better about it. The phones arrived about 3 days after I ordered them, which was about the time that I expected them."

When I called them they were very nice told me usps don't update the tracking on time and was true. was a little concerned because this was first time dealing with the company but overall I am very pleased with service and company.
