"After checking out the Galaxy S4 I discovered that the screen rotation feature would not work. After working with Devices Now Support by going through the settings and also doing a factory reset, the feature still would not work. Support immediately issued me a return authorization number and I shipped it back for them to analyze. After they do that, they will send it back repaired or replaced. Not enough time has gone by for them to get back with me as of this posting date. I might add that the support team was very easy to work with and very cooperative. I will order from Devices-Now if I shop for this type of item again."
"Although I had to make a few phone calls to get my order, I was very satisfied in the manner that my issue was addressed. Sometimes all we need to do is pick up the phone and call before we write any negative reviews. I read all the negative reviews and was afraid because I had not received my order, but infact I was the cause of the hold up, Device Now was awaiting information from me to release my order.. Keep up the good work guys I am very satisfied with my 2 purchases and will recommend other to your site as I have already done and I will be doing business with you guys again very soon.

"I ordered my phone on September 6th 2015. As of today, September 17, I do not have my package. The tracking number they gave me was invalid and they wont give me any information on the whereabouts of my package. I received a call from them last week informing me my package would come on 14th or 15th. That was a lie. I contacted them yesterday and they finally responded saying that it would take a few more business days for my package to come. I did my research, this company is located in New Jersey. It is only 12 hours away from where I am. It should not be taking this long. As a warning, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Now they might comment on this saying some bogus stuff like the package has arrived and that they were helpful. But I'm telling you, this is the worse online company I have ever purchased from. "
"Devices-now charged my card, gave me a bogus USPS shipping number, and now haven't returned my emails or phone calls. Their site claims the phone shipped on 8/26, and then their customer service rep said it shipped on 8/28. There is no evidence at USPS that it EVER shipped, and I am beginning to think I've been scammed.

"I don't think this is actually a company. My card was billed but my order was never shipped. The customer service # is just a recording. If you enjoy throwing away money you will have an awesome experience.
Update 9/2 - instant message sent to vendor on the same day I wrote this review. They were advised that I would be reporting them to my credit card company for a fraudulent charge. I was immediately given new, legitimate shipping info & received part of my order on 9/2. If you are ok with being required to threaten a vendor for them to fulfill a prepaid order then proceed with your order. It is ridiculous that Devices-now will respond to a complaint with vigor but will not just perform as expected of a vendor who has been paid for the products they sell. "
"I placed my order on the 16th of this month and since my previous phone was stolen, I am in desperate need of a new phone. I have contacted devices-now 4 times, my 5th being today and no one has given me any viable information. I emailed about my USPS tracking number which was stating "package not found" and was told it had shipped and my USPS number would be updated. USPS number was never updated (still says "package not found to this day"), so I emailed again asking when I would receive my package as I am phone-less and need this order. I was told it has shipped and would be here by Thursday (today) still nothing. So I emailed yesterday and was told they'd get back to me, nothing. I emailed a few minutes ago demanding over night shipping as this has gone on too long. Working in customer service I do not understand how this company is in business. They charged my card/took my money immediately yet (I assume) they haven't even shipped my item. I am beyond livid and am going to report this company to the BBB. They have taken my money and provided nothing. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!"

According to USPS, they never even received the package, leading me to think that Devices-Now never even shipped my phone. When two days passed without hearing anything from them, I emailed again and still have received no reply. "Do not buy from this place !!! I ordered a phone Aug 7 with 2 day shipping I paid extra for !!! They sent me a shipping number DAYS after I asked for it . USPS never got my order because they were out of the color I wanted . They told me this today Aug 17 !!! I repeatly asked them to refund my shipping and send the replacement fed ex . "I placed my order for 3 phones. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and 2 I-Phones on Aug 3rd. Within 48 hrs I received a UPS Tracking Number. Apparently the company generates these immediately upon orders because it has been almost 10 days and no phones have been shipped. I emailed the company at 7 days and they assured me that the phones would arrive mid week. Still no phones and no status change at UPS means that the company still hasn't given them to UPS for shipping. They have received payment though. I paid by debit card. I would not order from this company unless your buying a Christmas present in July. Still waiting........"
"Horrible experience. Paid extra for three day express delivery and got an email with a USPS tracking number. After an email exchange they indicated the USPS lost the package, after eleven days I finally received the phone. After I received the phone it got even worse when I had to seek out a cell phone repair shops assistance getting it programed only to discover the Verizon unlocked phone Devices Now sent me was not compatible with T-Mobile. Then they quit returning my phone calls and emails. After returning the phone and disputing the credit card charge they emailed me indicating they were going to charge me a fee for returning the phone. After several more emails suggesting the phone they sent me was functional they offered to send me an AT&T version that they guaranteed would work. This transaction has been a nightmare. Fair warning, I would suggest steering clear of Devices Now. "

My order date 7/27, all shipment made before 3 pm will be shipped that day, mine was made at 8:58am. Payment taken out same day with pay pal.
July 30th there was an electronic notice of pre shipment in Fla. 2 phone calls later asking where my phone is I get this email August 4th, Matt assured me that the post office never scans their parcels and he will call. I got this email 2 days later.

I am sure you ALL know USPS up date throughout the day, especially if you order things on line often.
ok, so..... I get an update, WALA My parcel was shipped, August 5th. 7 days after it was "supposedly sent on July 30th" on August 6th at 1:38 AM it left Jacksonville FLA to be delivered to me no later then August 8th. After the 6th at 1:38 am, the package has not been traceable. The post office in Jacksonville has no idea where or what happened to it. Devices now, as you all should know has REFUSED to answer a call, return a call, or an email. I did a 3 way call to Devices Now with USPS so we can get the claim number that Devices now supposedly made but they have declined to call me or the postal service back. Josh promised me on 8/5 if there was no tracking number he would fed x an over night my phone..
I left them a message today, to take all my emails, and other info to the back for fraudulent charges, and will call the BBB and Pay pal, if my phone did not arrive tomorrow. I did call pay pal, I am not the only one who has complained, Almost immediately after I hung up from pay pal I got an email from Device Now, it said Your Credit Memo #000000000 for Order #000000000.
Hopefully the money or the phone will be here tomorrow."

Emailed the company with no reply. Filed a complaint with PayPal and got an email from the company within 1 hour about they could ship it overnight. Very sad that they choose to do business this way!"
