Forest fire warning system

"Our neighborhood in Penticton, BC, uses DialMyCalls as an emergency warning system as we live in a high fire hazard area -- grasslands and Ponderosa forest. We are able to notify some 60 households within a minute or two and first used the system for a fire to the south of us just one week after getting almost all of the neighborhood signed up. Before that, we ran tests of the system and had a couple of minor glitches -- one user-induced -- and the other with some people having very weak cell phone signals. DialMyCalls support is excellent. Highly recommend this company and the service it offers. We're grateful and the price is sure right."

Great Way of Communication To Groups

"I am Head Usher and and Elder at my church and Dialmycalls makes it very easy for me to communicate with all the ushers and members in my cell group. They love how I communicate all at once and they enjoy the weekly scripture I send out to encourage them through the week. I was actually turned on to Dialmycalls by someone else and introduced several other auxiliary heads at my church."

Robocalls for Lions Club Fundraiser

"Our objectives were achieved and we will continue to use Dialmycalls.com. I received help from the customer service reps with my questions in the chat mode. A few times I called in and spoke with them. It's a good idea to compare your pricing between monthly plan and pay as you go even if you're only going to broadcast over a 5 day period and not again until 3 months later. I frequently say "everything is easy when you know how". There were a few times when I needlessly burned credits because I assumed I had done everything correctly. (There are over 7 things that you have to check before you confirm your broadcast). In my case I thought I had taken the correct steps to create a subgroup only to find out after 3 broadcasts that I was broadcasting out of the master group. In my opinion, I think the group creation and selection of individual people into a sub group should be more intuitive. I also think there should be some type of fail safe to ensure that calls are not broadcast at 5:00 AM when they should have gone out at 5:00 PM. That did not happen to us ... I made sure to click on the "PM" choice but, every time I did ... I wondered about those people who ended up with the "AM" choice because they weren't so diligent. "

"My experience with Dialmycalls.com was better then excellent. It was easy to master on the first time I did it. The little help I did need, I called the help line and a patient, kind and pleasant sounding gentlemen assisted me the rest of the way until I completed my task. It's a wonderful feeling to end a call feeling so much better than the anxious feeling you had when you started and didn't know what you were doing. I love the feature where you can repeat your messages until you get it perfect. Thank you for this great service. "

Always brings in plenty of calls!

"I did not want to send the calls out all at once. In the past I was able to send the calls out 100 or so an hour but when I called to ask how to do that I was told it can't be done. Very disappointing that this great feature is no longer available. "
