"Your product was recommended by our IT group. We wanted a system that would allow us to text / call our group in the event of an emergency. It seems like you are well set up to handle exactly that. Buying credits, rather than subscribing to a monthly rate, will work for us in terms of payment. Bill, the sales rep was very active from the time I initiated my free trial run.
My only complaint is that he was somewhat belligerent when I told him that I had some concerns about the indemnification clause in the contract. He actually said to me "why do you care?" if you're only going to use it to call out in an emergency. He then asked if I had a legal background...as though he were challenging my knowledge about contracts. Despite that negative experience, I decided to sign up anyway. As I say, I think the product will work for us for the limited amount of communications we intend to send. "
