"It was all pretty much straight-forward for a new subscriber. You probably need to advise a new subscriber to set up the voice message before the person tries to send a message. It seems like the whole setup process is kind of oriented toward a person who is not intimidated by computers. As for me, i am a geek. i was very pleased with the time it took to call 160 phones. i really liked the statistics the call generated. i really like the potential for SMS texting &/or emailing &/or voice-to-email. The potential to replay the last voice message from a web page is a major plus & i have it installed on our web page. So far, i believe this was the correct move for me."
