"worked as expected. would be nice to set a profile that will allow me to hide all options we don't use. also the replay message isn't working for me, I always have my call outs go to myself as well, and when I dial 9 to play message again it tells me it is an invalid option. I have tried this about 10 times and each time it fails. "

"We had a small fire in our building recently and while I was able to contact all of our staff at one time, contacting all of our tenants that are not on our phone system or network was a bit more difficult so we needed to find a way to contact all of our tenants and their staff in case of an emergency.
Dialmycalls.com seemed to be the most compatible with what I was looking for and the I found it was the highest rated of the ones out there. I decided to go with a prepaid plan with credits (as I knew we wouldn't need it except for emergencies). It was easy to set up and add all of our tenants and their staff so one "text" will contact everyone to inform them of any emergency. I did a test broadcast and it was quick and successful. I feel very confident now that we have been able to increase the safety of our tenants.

"Overall - This system is very easy to use. I like the ability to have multiple administrators, broadcast messaging, etc. This software seems to be the most cost effective solution I've researched to address my company's communication needs. With that being said, there are still some glitches that need to be addressed. Pricing is not as transparent as needed. I was told during my sales call that the phone call plan was unlimited broadcast messages. Then after I purchased the plan and was asking for assistance, I was told that every plan had a limited number of calls that could be sent via broadcast. Then I would have to start purchasing credits for each call. The same idea with the texting plan. Also, there are some basic functional features that should be intuitive and available, but are not. For instance, you are not able to delete or edit the text message templates. If this oversight was explained in the instructions, I would have renamed some of the messages, that I used as tests, so users would not get confused and use the wrong template. Lastly, I purchased this communication software to keep in contact with my team. In some cases, I need to send emergency messages and the system is down or I need assistance. This company doesn't have 24 hour customer service, to troubleshoot the issues with their software-- that is clearly still under development. But, I am thankful for the functionality that is available and it seems that this company continues to rapidly develop and improve their products."
