Big mess.

"My order arrived damaged and spilled. Glazes were sent with no lids, or loose lids, spilled all over the inside of the box. Now I have to deal with having to ship it all back. I don't have time for this hassle."

Paint supply, gift card too

"I ordered paints that I’m happy to get. They arrived on time. My mom sent me a Blick custom gift card for $150 and she had to call the company to do it. She’s in her 80’s and not too savvy with working online. Cust service helped her out. Thanks."
