When I have them ready, I plan to have three more volumes printed by them simply because their service and finished product is so outstanding. For example, when I notified them about the damaged copies, I was asked to supply them with photos of the damage and of the damaged box they arrived in, and within a week I received new replacement copies.
The main reason I used their printing service was that they cater to first-time authors and offer sound advice on the process. It's also very easy to get an estimate of what your book will cost to print.
Finally, this is a company that loves books and that is very proud, with good reason, of their product.
