" The finished product is great, the people I delt with are great, except they had a problem following my directions for the cover. I submitted a copy of my book, to show how I wanted it and said so in a letter, with a flash drive that I had submitted to another pri;nter. They didn't have any problem following my instructions for having the picture and printing the size of the page. At the last minute you informed me you couldn't enlarge the picture that I submitted. This doesn't make since as your advertising states you will or can do what I want. So, I guess your people don't know much about the computer or something. The other printer had no problem with the same flash drive. I am not happy with that part of dealing with you.
Perhaps you should change your advertising about working with the customer to make it as they want it or something like that."
