"During Covid my mother was alone for most of the year so she wrote stories of our family and her childhood. We used DiggyPOD to print the book and it was easy and they gave us great support every step of the way. My mother had a million questions and I had a few technical difficulties so we called for help several times. Every time we called, we were treated kindly and were never made to feel like our questions were silly!

We have many family members with visual impairment so we were blowing up tiny 2x3" images from the 1900's to an 8x10 book! Since blowing up such tiny photos creates a resolution problem, I was concerned that they wouldn't want to help but instead offered many suggestions. We purchased an unbound proof and it was worth every penny to what final changes we needed to make. Shipment had tracking so my mom could feel comfortable waiting for the book. The turnaround time was much faster than promised.
