"In short, far more good service than bad, and the "bad" is really a matter of "could be better".
The quality of the delivered product was faultless, delivered in packaging that was custom-sized for it. The volumes were of a standard at least equal to what you find on the shelves of big-name retailers. I opted for the cheapest shipping, and my order was only about a week in transit (over 2000 mi on roads). Staff were in touch with me from the time I placed my order to moment it shipped updating me on each step of production. The website was helpful, easy to use, and transparent, making it perfectly clear what I would be getting and at what cost.
Things to be aware of and that could be better: The language of the website gave me the false impression that a plain, generic cover would be designed for me if I didn't wish do design a graphically attractive one. This is not a service they provide, apparently, but a representative was willing to put a plain cover on the volumes on request. (If the option is available, I didn't notice where on the site it could be requested.) While staff were professional throughout, they are all keen to try to communicate via telephone, whereas I prefer to do business involving this amount of money in writing. There is a rather wonky way to correspond via text, but not nearly as convenient as an email conversation."

"At first, I was initially turned off from the website and services. It seemed like too much information and hard to navigate for beginners. I also didn't have any idea what the different settings meant or the meaning of them.
