"This is my first time using DiggyPOD. It took me years to get this book together and after doing a web search for publishers I came across DiggyPOD. It cost me nearly $1,000 for this but it was well worth it. An autobiography written for my kids to have something after I'm gone is NOT easy, and you can only do it once, so it was important that it be done correctly.

These folks are amazing. The level of customer service and correspondence was far better than the 5 stars I can give it. The product was delivered before they said it would be, and the books are absolutely gorgeous.

If you have the need for something like this, these folks are your go-to's.

Nicole was my agent and she tried to help me, but without any oversight, I kept making mistakes here at home on my computer. Valerie was great on the phone, answering the questions on the issues found with the file review app. The books went through production faster than scheduled. The quality of the books were better than expected and better than the sample book. I was saddened a tad bit when I opened the box of 100 books to find that the box was tightly packed and a few of the books had damage on the bottom corner of the spine. All in all, well done but a little more care with the packaging would have been appreciated."
