"All was good. The tutorials were very helpful and it was easy to upload the files to the web site. I was kept informed as to the stage that my project was in. Turn around time was very fast.
One problem which I think must have happened during shipment. When I received the books a large number had damage on the spine near the top of the book. The cover looked like it had been crushed at that point.
The damage ranged from being somewhat dented to where the cover was torn on a couple of books. "
