"The whole experience was not at all what I expected. Nor was the final product what I had imagined. The price and product exceeded all my expectations. My sister-in-law heard of your company through a friend that has published a few books. Being a little apprehensive at first because of my computer skills, but they quickly vanished away after realizing the templates lead you right to where you needed to be. Our only problem was on a colored picture with resolution DPL. But, DiggyPOD called the same day I email them our covered picture, and could correct the problem. The book's presentation and quality surprised our family. Almost every one remarked I expected a binder, not an actual book.
