"It has been 6 weeks since I placed my order and I still have not received the full order. I have sent multiple emails to them, including one to cancel the order, and have received no replies. They list no phone number to call for assistance, emails only, which they ignore. I highly suggest avoiding them at all cost.

UPDATE: On the weekend of May 12, over two months since I placed the order, Digital1234 called me and said they would ship my item to me ONLY if I deleted my bad online reviews of them. Even after they enticed me with a discount, I said no since I wanted to continue warning others of this fiasco of a store.

"I must say I was very skeptical about this company after reviewing several negative comments in the several months before December. However I took chances and I ordered a Panasonic DVD Recorder (DMREH75VS) on December 18, 2006. To my surprise the recorder arrived after 4 days, before Christmas, and even earlier than anticipated in their confirmation e-mail. I never received any phone calls from the company trying to sell me anything else. Of course that may also be because a DVD recorder is not dependant on batteries, accessories, etc, like a digital camera. The sale price for the recorder was just about $400, which was and seems to be the best in the market. Based on my experience, I was totally satisfied with my order."

"I am very satisfied with the service....Ordered on Thursday 2-15-07, on Saturday a rep. from 1234 stating that the TV 42" Plasma would be shipped on Monday. Provided the tracking # and gave me the number to 1234 with his ext. in case of problems...Wednesday 2-21-07 1234 called to ask how I liked the TV, I stated I had not received it yet....He called the shippers and asked why it had not been delivered since it left their warehouse on Monday....He called back and said that the shipper would be calling soon....very soon indeed, 5 minutes later the shipper called to inform me that my TV would be delivered on Friday, provided his name and phone ## also. Friday came and @ 3:00pm as promised the TV was brought into my home....everything AOK...
This was my 1st experience with 1234 and it was excellent, from what I have read from others I can only hope for those who decide to buy from that the experience was as good as mine.

Seller stated would ship immediately.
Credit card billed Jan 03, 2006
When requested NO RESPONSE from emails reference shipping.
Telepone number listed with Better Business Bureau in New Jersy is a private number, not associated with seller.
Telephone number listed with VISA is a child care center.
My purchase with DIGITAL1234 was repoted to VISA FRAUD as a possible scam....
I think Digital 1234 is a LLCorp which is part of Leon Temiz's chain of stores. Right now I how located 4 seperate entiites all with the same operating techniques and all have comsumer disputes.

"Received confirmation of order immediately. Received delivery notice w/tracking information in less than 12 hours. Received my Panasonic Home Theatre system less than 48 hours after I ordered and I am in CT. Nice new,well packaged item at a great price. I had zero problems with this order. Great merchant! "

"I have the most negative experience with the company. I placed order October 26th. Today is November 7th. After my inquiry I received e-mail on November 1 “The address has been verified and your order will ship in the next 24 hours”. and on November 2nd “Regarding the order, you will recipe a email from UPS with you tracking number and the next 24 hours” from ****@**** . "I had order one MP3 player, and waited for shipping for a week.
I hadn't heard any words from the Digital1234, so I emailed to them.
I finally got the reply from them.
Their email was so simple one word. "Cancelled"
no detail, do reason, they just emailed back to me with only "One Word - Cancelled"
they just screwed my birthday present~!

"They delete your emails without reading them. I emailed them to make sure they would deliver my order on time, not switch the item with something else and not charge my card if they have no stock, they deleted my email without reading it. The time on the deletion notification from their server was 12/21/05 14:21:41. The replying individual was Ronald Rella, ****@****, at least that's what he sends the email as.

Obviously, this poor excuse for a retailer is out to cheat people and make no excuses about it. I suspect it to be only a matter of time until they are shut down by the proper authorities. The few good reveiews they have received seem like freak accidents at best. I would pay a few dollars extra in a heartbeat to not have to deal with something so blatantly troublesome. As amazing as it may seem, they have no shame in screwing people.

"Typical e-commerce come-on; plenty of stock when you submit your order, then "sold out " without any evidence of order being filled. Has policy of cancelling orders if not filled in 25 days, so expect this happens a lot. Help desk & cancellation desk addresses inoperative. Extremely Draconian return policy - there is none - "You bought it, you keep it." Suspect this is some guy operating out of his parents' spare bedroom, getting enough money together BEFORE he orders SOME of the products."

"I ordered a Panasonic DVD/VCR recorder - it was supposedly shipped 12/2/05 by Fedex. When I didn't receive by 12/6/05, I called Fedex & they inbformed me the shipment was lost & that shipper should initiate a claim with Fedex & ship a replacement. As of 12/15/05 I have not rec'd replacement. Unable to contact Digital 1234 by phone ***-***-**** is a recording but no one returns call) or e-mail. I tried reaching them by regular mail at the Ledgewood, NJ address but mail was returned by USPS as "no such address". I also e-mailed New Jersey Better Business & rec'd a reply that they can find no record of this vendor either. I already paid for this item by credit card (credit card issued a credit pending investigation).
Meanwhile I do not know if I should purchase a dvd/vcr from another vendor & risk that Digital 1234 will eventually send me a replacement.
I would strongly advise that no one does business with this company.
