"DO NOT DO IT. I order a SC37 pioneer receiver from Didital Craze in 07/2011. Was very excited to hook up unit. Excitement was short lived. Hook everything up and there was no sound. Spend all day trying to figure it out and still nothing. So I called Digital Craze back and they said I must of hooked it up wrong. Although this is what I do, I thought to myself this is high tech maybe I did. I called the geek scwaud down and spent $150 for them to do it. They were at my home for 4 hours and they could not do it either. So I called Digitial Craze back again they said why don't I call pioneer and see if they could help me. Long story short unit was broke. Digital Craze then desided that they would send it to pioneer to get it fixed. I was told to send the unit back to them and they would send it to pioneer. I did not get the unit back until 10/11 and when I did everything was missing except the receiver which was damaged. Power cord which I have still not recieved, HDMI cords, remote, microphone, and manuel. Called Digital Craze time after time for them to send the missing parts. We are now in to 12/11 we just now recieved remote. The other part still have not been delivered. They had also promised $100 to be refunded for my troubles still have not recieved that."

"I purchased 5 SpeakerCraft in ceiling speakers. I shopped the Internet a lot for these speakers and DigitalCraze had the best prices by far. After placing the order online I did get get asked to change the order for three of the speakers because they would not be in stock for another week. The offer was for a more expensive speaker but they did offer it at half the difference. Overall I was well informed during the process. I would recommend DigitalCraze."

"Basically, I was very happy with the way Digital Craze handled my order, although there were significant delays in my getting all of the six speakers that I ordered. The order was placed on 8 Nov. I received the first of three deliveries on 21 Nov, the second on 13 Dec, and the last on 20 Dec. All were received in good shape.

The important thing to me was the customer service. Every time I called, someone answered the phone and gave me an update on the shipment (parts of which were delayed, apparently because of delays in their receiving the items). They explained that the last delay was due to one of the speakers being received by them in a damaged condition, so they had to reorder it. So, even though it took six weeks to complete the order, I felt the customer service was excellent, and the price was good. I would buy from them again, and I'd recommend them to others.

"I order my receiver the 11/15/2011,the day after they call me to tell me about the shipping cost rate for Canada delivery.I had a E-mail on the 12/08/2011 that said they had ship my receiver and gave me the tracking number and I received it by UPS the 12/13/2011 in perfect condition.So I wait a little bit more than 2 weeks and I save about 600$ on the price."

"This was a Christmas gift that is part of a KEFsurround system needed to complete it. I had to cancel the order after waiting two weeks with zero updates. After the first week the order continued to read "processing" online so I called and was told that they definately had them in stock and I'd see the order by the end of the week. The following week (after no arrival and no change in shipping status on their site) I called and was told they would check on it but couldn't give me any information, even when I asked why they wouldn't have shipped already if they had them, which is now two weeks later. Nice person tried to help and said he'd look into it and that they would call back in a half hour. In the mean time I went on line and found them for the same price, cancelled this order and ordered them and got them within 4-5 days with all tracking information coming to me inbetween via email, instead of continuously looking up the e-tailers page and logging in. The man I spoke with was courteous both times but sounded like a small time outfit and couldn't help much. I doubt they had the product and hopefully won't see it on my bill which should come in about a week. They are not an authorized KEF dealer, which they were up front about, so the discount and lack of product was not worth it in my opinion."

"The prices are what drew me into digital craze. They have the best prices and the shipping was pretty fast. I messed up the shipping address and emailed customer service. They worked it out with no problems or delays. I would definitely by from digital craze again. "

"I have not yet received the merchandise. They billed me on 10/28 so its now over 2 weeks. I am beginning to wonder if thes guys are real. Do you know? OK so I over-reacted. It was a while.
I do have to say that I had some really strange experiences with these speakers - PSB Synchrony Ones. Upon arrival one of the speakers clearly had no treble. I removed the midrange unit and measured a reasonable resistance for it, but no sound. I connected a source to the driver and behold sound. So it seemed that there was some open circuit in the wiring or cross-over. The jumper cables were tight. So I packed this unit up and sent it back. Meanwhile the other unit seemed to have developed the same symptoms. Now I used a warble tone from a Stereophile Test CD and determined that there was a rapid falloff above 500 Hz indicating no mid- or tweeter output. Contacting Tim at DigitalCraze, he wanted me to wait on the diagnosis of the other unit which was still in transit. After a while I decided to investigate further. I opened the speaker up and began tracing the wiring, finding no problem. I replaced the drivers and ran the warble tones again. This time all seemed OK and I used the single speaker for the remainder of the time until the first unit returned. At DigitalCraze they had determined that it was not faulty. So now they are both fine. I expect those reading this must think I am incompetant, but I have nearly 50 years of messing around with speakers and I spent my career as an engineer. Without the actual tests I might think I was crazy, but I still have the record of the measurements, and I am very puzzled as to what happened, not once but twice.

Anyhow Tim at DigitalCraze was very polite and cooperative though he clearly thought my 50 watt amplifier was inadequate. I am however using it with no shortage of output. Thank you Tim for all your trouble.
