"The overall process was satisfying. It wasn't particularly fast, but the goods are quality and arrived in good condition. What I found dissatisfying is their choice of carrier to deliver. UPS expects you to have a profile on their website demanding personal information if you want to track your parcel. I don't think they need to know anything but maybe a phone number to call in case of a problem. Additionally, UPS didn't handle this shipping very professionally either. I called in when the delivery status showed that it had arrived in my town and requested it to be put on hold for me to pick up. They managed to do that for one item, but not for the other. As there where two boxes, they generated two shipping numbers. Digital Craze only supplied me with one and that one was waiting for me on hold. The other one when to delivery. And since I was not home, it took two extra days before I could collect it in person again. Not very nice if you a) do want to enjoy stereo sound out of a PAIR of speakers and b) have to organize two pick-ups not owning a car. For the future I would like them to be a tad faster and supply all issued tracking numbers so that things go more smoothly. A change in delivery carrier might also be helpful. "

"I recently bought a pair of Monitor Audio speakers from DigitalCraze. The price was terrific (best I could find anywhere), and overall I am very satisfied with DigitalCraze's performance. They were quick to respond to my email queries. I haven't had to call their customer service line, but I gather from other reviewers that they are very good on that dimension also. Perhaps my only complaint is that they originally stated that it would be "about a week" for them to obtain my speakers from their distributor and on-ship them to me. In fact it took more like 3 weeks. Hurricane Sandy was responsible for a few of those extra days, but only a few. So they were way too optimistic on how quickly they would be able to ship. Also, one of the shipping boxes had a substantial hole punched in one side when it arrived here, which must have happened during shipping, but fortunately the contents had not been damaged. "First off I would personally like to thank John and the staff over at Digital Craze, Thanks Much! We are a large Hotel/Casino chain and for our Hollywood, FL resort our main casino floor was under going a whole new Audio/Video system. We called DigitalCraze on May 15th and placed a fairly large sized order with John. We used our company credit card for most of the purchase and wire transferred the balance. All together the entire transaction was for over 75 PAIRS of speakers and 25 LED TVs retailing at $95K and we luckily were able to settle on a negotiated price of $81K shipped and no sales tax. The ENTIRE order was delivered to us between May 19th and May 24th. I Originally order a pair of KEF Q300 from DigitalCraze.com. Just like other people was saying I waited for a few days without UPS tracking information, so I called. Tim was very courteous and told me that "things are crazy during Christmas time; the KEF are in back order. Let me know if want to wait or cancel the order." So I cancelled the order without a problem. Later I decided to buy a pair of Monitor Audio RX2 from DigitalCraze.com because the price is very good. Again I waited for a couple of weeks. I was worried because it's clearly warned on Monitor Audio's website that "Do not buy from DigitalCraze.com".
The speakers arrived after 2 weeks and a few phone calls later. The speakers are in excellent shape, brand new as promised. Even though Tim must have open the box to check the speakers out since the original packaging is in rough shape. The speakers sound good, but not overwhelming. However, that improved every day with "break in " playing. I love these speakers.
About 3 weeks ago, I noticed there some mild rattling when I played piano music, so I contact Tim. The customer service is very good. He patiently asked me questions and dignosed that the tweeters must have some damage, so he ordered me a new pair of tweeters from Monitor Audio and shipped to me free of charge. He also personally call Monitor Audio about how to install the new tweeters for me.
Even though the process is a little longer than I like. I really appreciate the service Tim provided. I will recommend digitalcraze.com and will most definitely order from them again."
"I ordered some PSB speakers in early December online. In my initial conversations with customer service, it seemed that the speakers would arrive within the 7-10 business days as stated online. At around the 7-business day window, I was notified that the speakers were back-ordered, which was a bit annoying but somewhat understandable with the X-mas holiday.
In the end, I received the speakers after about 20 business days (3 days after X-mas) which was certainly a bit later than I had hoped or expected but they arrived in excellent shape (double-boxed even though I didn't pay for the upgrade) and I saved about 35% from the next best price I could find online (which would have been a partially "Open Box" set versus the all-new I rec'd from DigitalCraze). It is, of course, hard to wait for a new toy to arrive but considering I researched the speakers for at least 4 months, the 10 extra days were well worth the savings.
On another note, even with the initial snafu with the back-order, I always found the customer service staff to be helpful and courteous."
