"I had an outstanding experience all around. Their customer service worked with me on a online payment error, and then continued to be in quick communication in regard to my shipping options (Miliary FPO address). They worked to get me the cheapest shipping rates and then got it shipped out immediately. I ordered it on the evening of the 19th (a Wednesday) and I received it on the next Tuesday - in SPAIN. I hooked up the Vel' Opti' 10 Sub and it works great. Unbeatable prices, outstanding customer service and immediate shipping. I'll be shopping here for all my hi-fi needs. Thanks!"
"Tim, in record time rounded up some (7) Martin Logan speakers for me. Took less than a week and a half to be delivered. Arrived in absolutly perfect condition. UPS driver said they were the nicest boxes he ever delivered. Can"t wait to get them installed with my new yahama RXA3010 that should arrive anytime from digital craze So far my experience has saved me time and money"
"I got my Canton Vento 856 center speaker from Digital Craze last June. What is great about Digital Craze is that you can get a customized service there. This is great and turns shopping into something fun, confortable and reliable. Besides, DC has good prices, good choices in terms of equipment (I mean audio stuff) and free shipment. I am pretty happy with my purchase.

"Items shipped fast, but not all of them had my apartment number on the packages... maybe paypal's fault? But when I contacted DC, they wouldn't correct any of the packages. Other than that, they have great deals and free shipping!"
"Terrible experience. You can look under the comments section of some of the one star reviews to see my experience with this disreputable company. Also, take a look at this link: http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/showthread.php?t=1020950. This is an audio/video community that has developed a consensus view to AVOID DIGITAL CRAZE!!!! I cannot stress this enough. You can hope to save a few bucks by dealing with them, but you will save yourself a lot of piece of mind by buying from an AUTHORIZED RESELLER, which Digital Craze is not. Here is another useful link: http://www.polkaudio.com/forums/showthread.php?t=106589
I am updating this review to reflect actual delivery of product. I will begin posting on more websites so consumers are aware of this business's practices. The unit (a Sunfire Power Amp - TGA 7201) arrived, but was double boxed. Upon opening the outside box (labeled Sunfire, just as the box inside was) I found that the serial number for my $2600 power amplifier had been cut off of the "original packaging." Additionally, inside it was clear that the styrofoam used for packing had been glued together. The actual Sunfire unit was supposed to contain a serial number as well, but the serial number was conspicuously absent from both the chassis and underside of the unit (it should have been in one of those two locations). I am now concerned about the legitimacy of a $2,600 power amplifier, from a company that has a (for now) B+ ranking on the BBB. Again, buyer beware of this disreputable distributor."
"I had ordered two, in-ceiling speakers over the phone (because I wanted to be sure they were in stock) from another vendor, I found on Epinions. That vendor did not have the other speakers I wanted for my system, so I investigated and found Digital Craze.com, from which I ordered the remaining three. Then, I arranged for an electrician to install the ceiling speakers the following week. A day later, the first vendor send me an email saying that the speakers were not in stock, after all. I called Digital Craze and spoke to Tim, who said that he had just sold his last five, but could get them from the warehouse in a week. I expressed some chagrin about losing my electrician, but ordered them, anyway. A half hour later, Tim called to tell me that the customer who had ordered the five said that he did not need all of them at once and agreed to give me two. Tim had not told me he was going to make the call because he did not want to get my hopes up. Our conversation took place mid-day on a Thursday; the entire system arrived on the following Monday"
"Great to do business with. I dealt with a Jon Zim when I placed my order for 8 pairs of speakercraft aim8 three, received them in less than 1 week and in brand new as advertised condition. Definitely would and will order from them again. "
"I called Digital Craze to find out why my Denon receiver was not shipped on the day they promised and they yelled at me, so I hung up. Then very promptly a Mgr. at Digital Craze (D.C.) called me back and cussed me out and told me he did not want me to have the Denon receiver, that I do not deserve it and he wanted me to refuse shipment and he would refund my credit card in full when he received it back. When I repeat this story to anyone they can not believe the way Digital Craze screamed at me, swore at me and called me horrible names... I did as he wanted, I refused shipment, but then, Digital Craze did not give me a full refund as promised, my credit card, American Express did. I will never order or recommend this company to anyone. They do not tell the truth and they treat you very badly. I can not understand how they are still in business! DO NOT order from Digital Craze!!!"
"They had the best price on the internet; not sure how they do it. Bought new mythos 9 center speaker and price is 20% cheaper then the cheapest and just hooked it up. Very good customer service; they checked with me to confirm (i had called told them am not sure of what i want after i put in the order) before shipping it.
Sorry, some folks had not so good expericence; they should talk to them."
"I've done some research on a lot of companies that sell high end speakers for wholesale prices and every single company had good and bad reviews. I chose digitalcraze because they offered me the best price on my definitive technology speakers. I was hesitant to order because of the reviews that i did come across but like i said most of the companies have even worse reviews. To sum it up my experience was bettrr than great. I got my speakers in time for xmas they shipped them out right away and no one else matched their price. Bottom line if you want great quality and you dont want to pay retail digitalcraze is the place to order from. Would definitley recommend and order again in the future."
"Found help desk helpful and knowledgeable. Received order in reasonable amount of time. One box was bang up. Probably should have requested double boxing. Overall I was pleased with the purchased process."
"Digitalcraze.com was a good shopping experience for me. Called them up asked if they had TV in stock and they confirmed that in fact it was. I ordered it online and got a call the next day to confirm my order. TV arrived 6 days later and everything was perfect."
"DO NOT BUY AT DIGITAL CRAZE, YOU MAY LOSE YOUR MONEY !!!
On July 27, 2010, I ordered, over the Internet, to Digital Craze, an amplifier and a CD player, brand NAD. A certain Eddie (Ed Brodsky) gave me the account number of this store to pay by wire transfer. On July 28, 2010, I made a bank transfer of US$ 1.400 on its behalf:
TD BANK
NAME ON ACCT - E&S CONSULTING EMPORIUM INC (d.b.a. Digital Craze)
ACCT # - ***-***-****
ABA # - 026013673
SWIFT CODE - (FOREIGN CURRENCY # TDOMCATTTOR) / (U.S. FUNDS # NRTHUS33)
The website of Digital Craze has no tracking service. I insisted to have the delivery date. He promised delivery within 7 to 10 days. As the products have not been delivered on the indicated date, I sent several emails which went unanswered. On August 16, he sent me an email saying that he has a problem of back order. I insisted to know the new expected delivery date. No answer.
On August 21, I ask a refund. No answer. After much insistence, he returned an email to say he cannot give me a refund by wire transfer. He asked me to give a name and an address to mail a refund check. I gave him the requested information. No check has been shipped to date.
By examining some websites, I learned that Mr. Eddie Brodsky used the same practices with many clients. After 50 days (over a month and a half), I have received no refund from Digital Craze which still keep illegally my money. While I will use legal actions to recover it, I advise you to be careful. Avoid falling into the same trap: DON’T BUY AT DIGITAL CRAZE!!!

"I ordered some speakers, paid for them and was never sent a confirmation number-the first step in any online purchase and the lack of one raised my suspicions. Over the next 4 business days with a weekend in between I research some of the company's reviews online. The range was from great to terrible service with an assortment of stories in between which was enough for me to call for a refund. After speaking with Eddie, who had agreed to return my money which was likely to be sometime after the Thanksgiving Day Holiday weekend, later the same day I finally had a chance to return one of Lenny's numerous calls only to be badgered by him about why I changed my mind. Even though he too gave me the option of having the speakers shipped anyway, I made it clear what I wanted. Then his whole attitude changed from that of a slick businessman to that of someone quite deranged. All I want is my money. He then told me how there was going to be a restocking/handling fee of 10% with an additional 3% the bank charges. I questioned why the sudden adhernce to company policy now with phone calls and all when before there was not a word acknowledging my attempted purchase. Our conversation turned into an argument resulting in him calling me an "ignorant motherf...." I asked him what did he call me and he repeated it again. Before hanging up, I asked him "Is this the way you do business, calling me names?" At this moment I still have no receipt, no confirmation number, and no speakers; only the bitterness of a good deal gone crazy. "
"Called about availability of item prior to ordering. They said that they would ship within one week. Three weeks later I called to cancel my order because they were giving me the run around and had not yet shipped item. Was told that the distributor was back ordered, which was not the case. Turns out they were not an authorized dealer for the item I purchased, and had since raised the price of the item I purchased. I assume they didn't fulfill my order because of this "price adjustment". I recommend you purchase from an authorized dealer - apparently this outfit acquires all of its goods via dealer "trans-shipping". This may actually void some manufacturers' warranties."
