"I ordered on Dec 19 in the last hours before possible scheduled Christmas delivery and FedEx delivered my (wife's) Eos 650d on the 24th at around 10am exactly as they said they would. I was hopeful, optimistic, and ultimately very impressed.
The tracking worked a treat from HK where it was initially sent. There was a small black spot between the camera being delivered to Stansted for processing and the update that saw it on the FedEx van, but that was over the weekend so no big deal. No tax/VAT invoice or charges either, so there were sighs of relief all round.
The camera arrived packaged in bubble wrap and was very secure. I have no issues at all with the care taken. They did a great job.
I've taken the camera out of the box, charged the battery and inserted a memory card and all looks good. A couple of test shots have proved that the thing works as expected. I haven't tried the warranty yet to see if it's honored by Canon, though Digirev do supply a piece of paper that indicates a year warranty, but fingers crossed we never have to use that.
I went into this transaction aware of the 'risks' and can't have blamed anyone else if anything had gone wrong. The price was unbeatable from a high-street perspective and that's obviously a big part of the appeal.
Having had my own excellent experience with the company I would certainly use and recommend them again.
