"I ordered a camera and spare battery as a Christmas present for my daughter because Digital Rev guaranteed delivery before Christmas. The parcel arrived on 21 Dec as expected but contained the WRONG BATTERY. 3 days later, after 2 emails, they have advised they're going to mail a replacement battery and because of it's size and weight (Huh???? - it's a battery for goodness sake!!!) they have to send it by snail mail which will take 3-4 weeks!!!! Obviously my daughter won't have her much wanted camera with usable battery for Christmas now. No hope of using it for her holiday in January. I am disgusted with their penny pinching attitude. They made the mistake - they should fix it QUICKLY!!!"
