"I ordered a camera November 30th. They removed funds from my account a day or two later...in two separate charges?? Not sure why. It is now December 18 and I have no camera (7-10 business days have come and gone) AND I can't contact them. I have called during their posted business hours and only get a message that their customer service office is closed. I emailed them with no response. I received two emails stating that my order was being processed in Hong Kong on December 3. However, when I try to track the delivery with the code provided in both emails, it just reiterates that the camera was being sent from Hong Kong on the 3rd. No further tracking information provided. I also contacted the U.S. post office and I received the same response....sent Dec. 3. I am definitely not a happy customer and cannot recommend DigitalRev."

i was wary of import duty on deliveries to UK, but happy to say all was included in the price quoted.

I ordered a Manfrotto LED light based on the price which is a lot cheaper than the other online stores out there, and many have written good reviews on google. This is NOT the case for me. I ordered my item on 01 Dec, and only after ordering I noticed that the item will be shipped from Hong Kong and expected deliver date is more than 3 weeks away! Camera arrived in pristine retail packaging, well protected in layers of bubble wrap. Saved over £100 on the UK price. What's not to like about that!"
