"I had scoured the internet for the best price for a Fuji X10 digital camera and Digital Rev came up with the best price. As I always do before ordering, I checked out the reviews for this company.While the reviews were overwhelmingly positive, there were a few worryingly negative reviews with horror stories about false serial numbers and customs duty having to be paid. However after a bit of agonising I decided to go for it. I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. The Digital Rev web site is easy to access and navigate. I got an immediate acknowledgement of my order (paid for with VisaCC in case anything should go wrong). I could log on at any time and track the progress of my order. I was able to use the DHL website to trigger alerts about the journey of my camera from HongKong to Scotland. Digital Rev claimed it would be with me between 5th-7th November.I have to admit I was sceptical about this. Nevertheless, my camera arrived on 7th November and would have been a day earlier had it not been kept on hold at East Midlands airport for a day. Apparently it had missed a transit cycle.
So, to sum up: Best price,free delivery, beautiful camera whose serial number has been registered with Fuji, and astonishingly quick delivery time (there are some UK internet providers who take longer to deliver stuff).Oh, and very securely packaged too. It doesn't get much better than this. I am one very happy Digital Rev customer and I will certainly consider using them again."

"I recently ordered Fujifilm X10 digital camera at DigitalRev and was surprised by the offer they made - over £40 cheaper than on amazon.co.uk. The item arrived in five days, but it was packed in a somewhat battered original box, with signs of scratches and removed stickers, which looked as if it was already used. I reported it to DigitalRev and they responded instantly. They asked me to send the pictures of the box I received, and apologised for the inconvenience. They asked me to send the camera back for replacement or full refund. They also refunded my costs of P&P. I was going to go on holiday at that time and needed the camera asap, so they promised to send the replacement with express service. And they did not let me down - brand new camera arrived on time. They really made an effort to sort out the mess they made - and I appreciate it. I may actually use their service again in the future."
