"So far my experience of this company is very poor.

Shocking communication and although I have still got my purchase awaiting despatch I get the same automated email telling me the product is out of stock and may be a week before it is in stock.

As a result they are asking me to cancel my order.

It looks on the face of it that this company offer low prices then cannot source your product at the price advertised and asks you to cancel your order !!!!!!!!!

Have replied to the 3 emails I have had requesting me to cancel my order and not had a response to my questions as I still want the Item I have ordered and would wait the extra week.

I am now unable to cancel my order on the web site so am stuck in limbo with extremely poor communication and no idea if my Cannon D20 will be delivered !!!!!!!!!!!"

Item had been opened but in perfect condition and firmware had been updated. Service was good and contact was quick which is important to me.

"Always a little wary of ordering camera equipment from abroad, I read loads of reviews of DigitalRev & decided to bite the bullet - I was/am very pleased with their service. I had a little trouble ordering online to begin with (I tried a few times and my computer crashed or something) so waited and was going to try again when I got a phone call from DigRev the next day to say that they'd seen I tried to order and would I still like the camera, yes, I said, and it arrived 4 days later (inc a weekend) which was within a week of my originally trying. Have only had a little play with the camera, but so far it seems perfect."

"i ordered a nikon sb600 speedlite for delivery to the UK. firstly the prices were very competitive, none of the usual mail order companies i use in the UK could match the price. ordering was incredibly easy, but my greatest credit lies with delivery. i needed to receive the item to meet a timeline. the item was shipped to me exactly as predicted and i was able to track it the entire way - ok, i can't get next day delivery from HK to UK, but if time is not an issue then this based against the price is a must.
