"I often give businesses a second chance. I gave this one multiple chances to make things right. They provide misleading tracking information without any real time location logistics. When you question this, they avoid specifics. Multiple delivery dates were provided but none of them have been met in 2 months. They cut corners on delivery and it shows. The reps are nice but what does nice do when you are never provided the product you purchased? There's no leadership to escalate issues like staff pretending they can't hear you on the phone or failing to follow up. Spend your money elsewhere. 99% chance you can have a real customer service experience with any local furniture store. I opted for this place because they were supposed to be faster than my local store. That's laughable now. I'll avoid online purchases anywhere and never be a repeat customer after this horrific experience! "
