"Buy from someone else!!! It's been almost a month still don't have my items. This was a Christmas present that never came. It took a week for it to even ship out, and when it did they provided me with a tracking number that didn't work!!! Also beware that they fill your inbox full of their adds, I get them everyday!!!!"

"I bought my wedding dress from dinodirect. However, the dress came in with a wrong size. It was way too small and too short. Fortunately, the manager of this company was very helpful to resolve this matter and promised me for a refund. If you have any problems with their products, contact the manager directly. Nonetheless, the quality of the dress was very nice. I would recommand this website. "

I am not interested in a $30 dollar gift card with DinoDirect ... I am not interested in doing business with DinoDirect at all.

I expect my money back, the same amount that I paid for this substandard product. The Cat was in this poor condition when I received it and I don't want to keep it, what am I going to do with it? It's fur is coming off, the battery compartment is completely rusty and it doesn't work.

If you don't want it back, that's fine, I'll toss it out, but I DO WANT what I paid for it reimbursed to the same credit card you charged it on.

And no, I will not update your review to a 4 or 5 star rating, you haven't even resolved the issue, giving someone a gift card instead of giving them back their money is not resolving anything ... I can't even believe you ask for that I do that.

BUYER BEWARE, AVOID DINODIRECT
Here’s the thing, we live by a code call ‘Good Faith’. According to the dictionary it stands for honesty, fairness, and absence of any intent to defraud or take unfair advantage.

With that being said, I upheld my end of this agreement. On 12/12/2011 I ordered a Simulation Breathing Cat Toy, meant to be a Christmas gift for my nieces, and by ordering this item, I agreed that I would pay the amount of $37.83.

DinoDirect as the distributor, to date have NOT held up their end of this agreement. They agreed to send said item in good, proper working order by way of receiving the money on 12/15/2011. On 12/17/2011, I received an email stating that the item ‘has been shipped out’ via ‘parcel force’ and that I should expected to receive the package in next 5 to 10 days, that did not happen, I understand that DinoDirect is not accountable for the shipping company, I understand that once it leaves their facility it is out of their hands, however they are responsible for whom they choose to deliver their product. With that being said I did not get the item in time for Christmas, I received it on 12/29/2011. Upon opening the container, I noticed that the fur on the Cats rump was torn away from its body. Not wanting to return for such a minor problem, I figured I could glue it back in place, I DID NOT, I said I considered it, before I would make any alterations which would null and void the agreement, I wanted to make sure the Cat was in proper working order, it was not. When I opened the battery compartment, I found it completely rusty (what does that say to me, that they have no quality control department), it looked to me like someone had returned this Cat and it was placed back upon the shelf for the next person, and when I put the battery in, the Cat did not work, nothing happened (and yes, it was a brand new battery). This left me with no alternative, I immediately went onto DinoDirect's web site, the same site I ordered the product through and requested an RMA number to return the defective item, and I also requested a refund of my money.

After all I paid for it in ‘Good Faith’, but received an inferior, poor in quality, substandard product, there should be no question about me requesting a refund of my money … how wrong was I!!! To date (01/04/2012) I have been going back and forth with their “quote - unquote” customer service department. They continually ask for pictures of this item … over and over again I have told them I DO NOT own a camera, never have and most likely never will, that I am not going to buy one just to return this defective product. Then I receive another from them saying that they need pictures of this stupid cat, and again I go through the process of not owning a camera … I don’t understand what part of “I DON’T, DO NOT" own a camera they are not getting. It’s not that hard, I don’t own a camera; therefore, I can not send any pictures. This should be an open and shut case, and yet within a week’s time, I have had to say this to them 3 times. Again, I paid for this in ‘Good Faith’, I expected DinoDirect to live up to their end of this agreement by sending me an RMA shipping label, I will return the BAD product and they can see first hand what I’m talking about. In return I expect my refund of the money I paid in the first place. I don’t expect any compensation for this frustration with customer service, or the fact that I received it long past Christmas, all I want is my hard earned money back.

But I will say this, I learned a lesson from DinoDirect … I will never ever order from them again. Hell would have to freeze over and I don’t think that is happening any time soon.

"I just cannot believe the bad reviews on here. I wish I had read it before I ordered on 6th Sep, was assured my order of shoes & frock would be with me before our trip away. I paid extra for this. Email to say shoes were out of stock, frock arrived the day we were leaving AND about 3 if not 4 sizes too small!! I was told to return the frock, told "emily" I thought postage would be $28 it was actually $31.50! a couple of weeks ago my refund arrived at paypal but NOT for the postage!!! I was told to write $10 value of the frock I returned it was actually $58!!wrote down receivers name Cui Kai as asked to also tracking no, I am STILL waiting for my refund of $28!!! when will it arrive???? I only received the partial refund because I rang paypal who were very helpful. Why oh why will you not send me my refund? I received a dino catalogue yesterday but cannot order a frock I like in it because I do not know if I will receive it! I would like MY money please!!!!!! Please, please can one of the staff look into this for me! i would really appreciate it. Thank You. Regards Brenda Chessum. My order was 93204399DD invoice no ***-***-****. Today is now the 4th of January, I returned the frock on 26th October.

But I have been trying to contact Dino Direct so I can track the product that I ordered because when I type in the tracking number in to the site you provided, it says that there is no record of it. The site also won't let me log in to my account, so I'm a little confused.

"I purchased a remote control helicopter from this company weeks before Christmas as a gift. As Christmas approached I got a little bit nervous that it wasn't going to arrive on time to be given as a gift and I looked into the company after I couldn't find a phone number that actually works. The number given on a few websites just goes direct to voicemail with NO replies. I read on numerous websites about the scamming nature of this company and worried that the product would not come AT ALL, let alone in time for Christmas. I then received a tracking number and felt more at ease. 2 weeks later I have yet to receive the item and Christmas is long past, so I called USPS (the shipping company named in the tracking info email) and they informed me that the tracking number I had been given by DinoDirect was invalid and has never been issued before. I will be SHOCKED if I ever get this item. Do not buy from this company. I have also been told that all of the positive reviews about this company have been crafted by their own employees."

"My order states that it is partially out of stock and when I try contacting them I can never get through. I have not received anything yet and have no idea what is missing. Kinda frustrating. So they offered me a gift card to change my review rating and so I did. But now I am trying to get a refund for the product that is out of stock and they are not getting anymore in. UPDATE
