"If we are talkig about DinoDirect then be careful. They will not provide replacement for faulty goods. They will mess you around and ask for videos regarding the faulty item. I kept repeating that I could not see how I could send video proof that a sound could not be heard. They dropped me off so I had to do it all over again.
The only way to get somewhere is to carefully prepare what you want to say in notebook then copy and paste it into live chat,
Cutting a long story short, I hasd to pay them $21-00 to get some service being a small discount on the item`s replacement price.
You mention you assisted by email. I received no email in respect to warranty or service on this order.
There is no warranty and no service.
Others beware! You get what you pay for. You get lower prices with no service or warranty so it is cheaper to buy elsewhere at higher prices if you have faulty goods ftom Dino.

The shipping was a timely process for some reason with the USA shipping choice (usually 10 days)
The order took a bit more than twice that time (very weird) however the headphones arrived today..

The only inconvenience if you are from Europe its the delivery time, but with this prices you can get everything. You only need to think that when you buy something it going to take a month to arrive and its done.

"I really disappointed with your Digital Photo Frame - very poor quality, no usb cable, which should be in a package, remote control doesn't work. I've payed $69 for the frame and $52 to post it back to you and you don't want to refund postage fee. How come? You selling rubbish, why you don't like to get it back?
