"first order was sent an email with a "picture" but the email never had it and then the order never showed up after 30 days! then dino makes another order for the same items and yet again the email did not have the image of my items and im 100% sure the order will not show up! and they refuse to send me a image of my order and refuse to give me a tracking number without pay $2 for a free number! oh and one more thing when i enter the NEW order number on Dino's website it comes up empty as if it was never maid!!"

"Good Value for money. Very easy to use website. Satisfied with there prices but delivery is taking to long. My Order was shipped out, I have received my package yet. I ordered in time for summer. "I have shopped with a few different Chinese Wholesale companies with horrible results so I was very skeptical of this site when I first tried but with the very low prices and free shipping what did I have to lose. Turns out I had a lot to gain, I have ordered from them several times with no problems whatsoever. Shipping is free on most items to Canada, which is very hard to find, and they even have a loyalty program.
The only thing I would say negative is I wrote a bad review of a product (not service, just the product) and it never got posted. I'm pretty sure I stayed within all the guide lines, I just wasn't impressed and I never got a notification it was accepted. However I just had that issue with a major hardware store here in Canada and once I sent a very nasty email it was posted, so it is something that can happen with any website (except here).
All in all this is a very good supplier and I actively recommend them to everyone I know."

"I was not personnaly too impressed with this merchant. They only have a 30 days warranty and if you're buying for gifts you're likely to be out of warranty and in trouble if, like in my case, a product is defective (or not as per specifications). I bought a remote controller Helicopter from them and it works, when the remote is 6 inches from the Helicopter... They did offer me a $10 gift card after my complain when they initially rejected my RMA but that's far from my $40 to replace my Helicopter!

In response to DinoDirect's answer (which I appreciate), I just want to clarify that the 30 days was from the answer I was given from them: ("Hope you may be kindly understand about this.We have the policy that: you can initiate a return for the item(s) with quality problems within 30 days after you received it."). I must admit if it was an error on their part that 90 days is much better. In my case as clearly indicated in my RMA the product was only used for a few minutes; it took 6 months because I was waiting for my son's birthday. I learned my lesson and I will opt for products with 1 year warranty when buying in advance!
