22 oct 2012 - word of advice just translate on google the Foreign language and it's the same as what has been written in English. After 2 cases 4 times online chat. Of which the final chat after telling my story didn't even want to reply. So 3 confirmations online and no reply to cases. I have not yet got my items. And out of pocket even you can see below they have replied to the first Comment but I did say I would update this page as you notice they have not replied their word was They will get it for me it's been 12 days in addition to 2 and half weeks after I had paid extra for shipping even then no reply....
Final thought ....if you wAnt your item even if it's cheaper as the show go to another site or eBay as you will be guaranteed. I feel really extremely let down you judge I gave 1 month to them as many other guys here...don't buy anything pay the extra elsewhere at least you'll get the item..
I had ordered organza bags thinking I will get it on time. I had written a case via dino direct few days ago and still no reply. In any case received an email now saying they have run out of the stock even though the order had been approved on the system. And I paid extra to ship within 3 days. As of yet no one has replied to my concern and yet to be resolved. I had trusted this site but my assumptions were wrong. I don't even know if I will get any goods at all and I have already paid for it. Service not great. Wish me luck to get even a reply

So I will update anyone with the outcome as further comments suggest customers have had many issues with this company. By my review you can see I'm a genuine customer. In reply to your comment...no I have not received any emails. In of course I need the items. Also if I opened a case via your site why does the case not have a reply on you own site. In any case you have writteon an email saying the items are out of stock 10 days after you had told me the order was ready to be shipped. Your email says you were sourcing another provider to get the goods and that's it.. I still need the goods I had made an order on the 27 th of sept. I need the items before the 24 th of October. What are you going to do?
Today date 18 th oct. as the reply below 3 days the item was to be prepared it has now been an additional 8 and yet since they replied on this site they have not emailed me or even said if the item has been said. Perhaps you should do your homework before publicly embarrassing yourself. Your response makes no sense and it only proves my case.
First of all, the item was ordered and paid on September 19, not 20th as you claim. Basically, what you saying is that when a person complains, everything stops and you refuse to ship the item until the complaint is removed? There is a word for it and it is called extortion. No, absolutely not, I am not going to remove any complaints against you.
You are misguided at least. I used your "live chat" with someone named Sharon, and of course, I recorded it. What you telling me now is completely different from what "Sharon" said.
I made first contact on 27th, that is true. I was told to wait one day and if the item is not in shipped status, I will receive refund. 3 days later, no response. I used your live chat again on September 30th; this time I was told that "my item was (allegedly) ready but there was an issue with quality control" and you have to find me a new one. I was told that if the item is not shipped within 3days, I will get refund, which of course never happened. The promised e-mail with update on the status never came.
Now, you saying the reason was because I complained ... while at the same I have recorded chat with your rep telling me there was "quality control" issue. Perhaps you should check first before you make fool of yourself. I have undeniable proof that your company took my payment and did absolutely nothing to ship the item. It has NOTHING to do with my complain as you attempting to suggest. Even if so, how can you take customer's money, keep it and do nothing because customer complained? Why did not you refund it then? Obviously, I am not interested to do any business with you, I want my money which you promised to refund by October 3rd.
What I said is true, there are hundreds of complaints against your company. People don't have to take my word for it, all they have to do is "Google it" and see for themselves. There are websites rating you 1 star out of 5; there are sites giving you non-rating because of so many complaints - just like my complaint. It is always the same story, you take money from customer and weeks later, the item has not been delivered. Essentially, this is a way to get a interest free loan ...
Again, this is not just me; there are hundreds like me who were defrauded by your company. I will NOT remove the review; I will post the same on every site possible to ensure people are aware of your shady business practices. I suggest you start processing my refund.

I just received the refund ... thanks to PayPal. I don't think there is need for additional discussion but I have to say I am not sure how would this end if there was no PayPal guarantee and if I did not keep all my records ...
