"Dino Direct refurned my money, I ordered a replacement DVD drive for my laptop and 45 days later I still had not received it. I ordered it 2012 July 31, that is when the charge cleared my account, and as of today Dino Direct refunded my account. I learned a valuable lesson with this order, use priority shipping because I had used the free shipping. Other than that, I would do business with Dino Direct again. Their cusomer service support is very good."

I'm writing from Italy. Dino on ordering a second time. The prices here are very reasonable, but if you buy or get a membership for the price you will be even less of course you can use coupon codes. Live chat very pleasant that, though difficult for Europeans to contact the chat due to different time zones.
This time I order 2 plates. All over the Internet at Dino had the lowest price. Hopefully order delivered quickly.

"Dino Direct is a joke. I ordered a basic cable from them, which i was charged for immediately, and still have not recieved anything but platitudes and form answers as to why they haven't done their job. They do not answer the phone number listed for their company (which was no where on their website, i had to search for it elsewhere). Their email responses take days for basic information, and then say nothing substantial. I was told to go check the post office for my package, but no one can give me a postal tracking number to use at the post office. I have spent thousands of dollars with other online companies like newegg and geeks, simply because their customer service was superb whether i was spending $10 or $1,000. When there is a problem i am able to reach a LIVE person in real time on their websites or over the phone, who help me with my order. Where is that with this company? Where is the package i paid for? Where is the concern over their "valued customers"? Instead they have their employees spend hours writing fake positive online reviews to boost their ratings. You want to boost your customer ratings? TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! This is in reference to order 938F322O-DD which has been ordered over a month ago at this time, but has still not arrived! I could accept this, if only I actually felt that the company cared about getting the package to me as much as they cared about rapidly charging me. It's very simple, I want my package, or I want my money back. I do not want credit for future orders with your comapny, as i will never place another order if you cannot deliver what i have already purchased. For those of you reading this that feel it may me a single personas rant and has no truth to it, do a google search for this comapny and their complaints, the results will take you awhile to read through, as there are whole websites of unansered complaints that sound EXACTLY like mine!!!"

"Ordered some decals for my daughter's new bedroom. Got some other owl decals instead and let them know. They asked me to take a photo so I did. They say the decals are sent at random and they cannot guarantee that I will get the decals that I ordered so they offered me a 3usd gift cert to buy some more (I doubt you can buy much with $3)! I was then told that the ones that were sent are very nice and popular and the owl is a mascot in China. Then I'm told how convenient the gift voucher is. After a few emails, paypal funds were refunded."
