"I ordered from Dino Direct on 7th March and I must say that this is a company that cannot be trusted. Before ordering I asked them about the shipping time if I select Fedex, their reps on the chat said that it will take 3-7 business days. The package arrived on 26th march and by that time I had already left US and could not pick it up. As a result the package has gone back to Dino Direct. Their customer service was not ready to offer any refund but luckily I had used my Amex to purchase the product so I filed a claim with them and got my money back.

1.After I hook up all of the wires that is needed for the unit to operate, I found that when I install a new just opened DVDs the DVD player does not read it, I tried it with several DVDs and non of them work. CDs work fine, but the unit will not play DVDs. The GPS does not work the unit will not read the GPS card. The TV does not work. The only thing that is working is the radio, cds and blue-tooth for the phone. Also when the music is playing the level lines don't move. I would like to have better unit sent out if it is a working unit.
