First time I have used Dino direct
I dislike using international shopping sites incase the goods do not arrive.
I had no problem like that whatsoever.
I ordered a cd drive which was not available where I live, not only was the price a good bargain but also available for my out of date laptop
which would have ended up going to waste as spare parts on ebay.
I was even tempted to purchase a similar second hand laptop to use the cd drive as replacement.
That was till I came across dino direct who had the product in stock and half the price compared to what I saw on ebay!
Goods I ordered arrived damaged due to transit, the package had been placed with heavy goods on top,
this much was obvious by the condition of the outter packaging.
The product itself was now worthless to even fix not to mention the costs involved in sending it back.
I notified Dino direct not only did they respond to my emails asap they sent me out a replacement which arrived much
quicker then my original order.
They also told me not to bother sending them the damaged item to save myself any further costs
At first I was annoyed when the first order arrived damaged after waiting a month due to international mailing service,
but overall I was quite impressed with their customer support service.
I dont really like shopping online but if I was to do so, I would definetly shop again with dino direct.

So in my quest to find a reliable store I found DinoDirect, or rather the sale person found me "Nina". I gave it a tryt by buying small and cheap items to try it and was pleased with the products when it arrive.

Ok. That does answer some of my "rants". Thank you for your understanding at least what I was frustrated about and addressing it specifically. You have no idea how hard it is for me to accomodate package pick up at my billing address, and that's why I was so so frustrated. Things do happen and nothing is perfect. Yes, please consider fixing your "edit" buttong before checkout. Not sure why it didn't change the address when I changed it. It was a good option to have once we are in the checkout screen but it's not working.

1. CHANGE YOUR INFORMATION IN FAQ ON CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS THAT YOU CANNOT CHANGE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS ONCE ORDER IS PLACED. OR AT LEAST GIVE TIME CHANGE INFORMATION AND OR NOTE THAT SOME ITEMS SHIP BEFORE YOU HAVE A CHANCE TO LOOK AT OUR EMAILS AND IN SOME CASES ADDRESS CHANGE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE. THIS WOULD HAVE MADE ME UNDERSTAND BETTER THE SITUATION.
2. FIX YOUR EDIT SHIPPING ADDRESS BUTTON IN CHECKOUT SECTION.
3. FIX YOUR FEEDBACK BOX. AFTER FILLING INFO, SEND BUTTON DOESN'T WORK.
4. MAN YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I THINK YOU HAVE THIS SIDE COVERED BECAUSE I DO GET FEEDBACKS IMMEDIATELY AND YOU ALSO CALLED ME RIGHT AWAY. MAYBE IF YOU CAN OUTSOURCE SOME PEOPLE FROM DIFFERENT TIME ZONES TO BE ON CHAT TO DO SIMPLE TASKS LIKE CHANGE ADDRESSES IMMEDIATELY (ADDRESS CHANGE RIGHT AFTER ORDER WAS DONE SHOULD BE A BASIC CHANGE).
