"Wonderful shop!

After some purchases at DinoDirect, all can I say is that I am pleased with them.

Never had any trouble with them and their customer service is excellent for asking things about the items before ordering them.

In all of my purchases I received the item I ordered. The order processing time is very low. They are very fast!!!

"I also have experience of shopping in DinoDirect. I want to mention the quality of support services. I've had problems with payment orders. I could not understand why. I asked for help to customer support - and I got a response. I tried again - and again, they contacted me and offered real help. I know that have been corrected in their system that I could make payments. I am a long time to solve the problem of payment - tried various options, which I was offered. Finally I found a convenient way to pay for my order and I am a buyer again DinoDirect. To all the advantages of DinoDirect I add just a responsive support service."

"Very pleased with this purchase at DinoDirect.com

I am going to place all my future orders at DinoDirect. I know I am not going to have any problems with them and I will continue purchasing from them for ever.

They are pretty fast processing orders, and they ship exactly what you order, not as their competitors, that you order something and receive a completely different item.... or in less quantity than the one you paid for...

"Just be carreful
Since there is no option to answer directly to the response of their representative, I will edit my first post.
1. I DID NOT choose UPS, I was forced to take paid service before completing the order (it is strange that you confirmed that I choose it, but you sent it with different mail service).
2. My country has UPS service coverage. If you prefer I will take official letter from them. Are you sure that you want it?
3. I confirmed that I would like the amount to be refunded - 2 times, the second time I just wrote REFUND, because you asked me again and again the same questions. Finally I got the money, thank you!
4. Could you please give me the tracking number from the second shipment? I will be surprised if you have it. One more time - I paid for UPS, didn't I?
5.You have changed the description after my complain and you know it. Do not blame me, because this means that I am a cheater.
At the end, I would like to say that I did not have intention to comment this case anymore. But here presented information I do not consider correct. I would like also to add that after giving this rating to the store I was offered 2 giftcards for 32USD and 10USD. I did not accept them. But if you want to take 5-6 USD card from them, they can give it to you in exchange of positive feedback in one of the websites for reseller rating. This is their way of doing business. Therefore, I would not trust to most of the posts here.

I had long correspondence with them and this was my first order. I asked them a few questions in my last mail, but anyway, they just ignored them. Here is copy from the mail: 1. Wrong description with misleading information - free delivery, but not free. At the end I saw that I have to pay. It is OK if the goods are too big, but say it in advance. 2. After paying for UPS service, the goods were delivered by EMS? Why? It is cheaper for you probably. I do not care, I had options and I took the one which I prefer. 3. Wrong product delivered. After short correspondence, you said you will send new one, because I have paid additional for free returning back, which was verys expensive for you. I am fine with this. I received the product, but again the same - nobody even checked what was the problem - I wanted not single, but double lamp holder. This was the description and this is what I bought. I decided not to contact you again, because for me this was already a waste of time. 4. Of course, one of the goods missing. Partial shipment. Where it is? Nobody knows? Did you ask me to pay for the expensive UPS/EMS service? - yes, I paid. And at the end, you sent this product (if sent at all) with regular post. This is just not serious. 5. After waiting for already 3 months you offered voucher for 13 USD. I would not take even voucher for 26 of course, but your proposition means that you do not understand what the problem is. To offer me the same amount which I paid months ago is not serious at all. So, it is up to you. Maybe you will have a lot of successful buying from them, but there is a big chance that you will finally have headache. But if you want to buy from them, I would recommend only cheap goods and just 1-2 references per order. This should be safer. I know that now they will comment my post with the regular "Sorry for the inconvenience...", but this does not help.
