"I had a problem with an order I placed at Direct, but it was basically because they chose UPS, which pretty much made a mess of the order (I wasn't there when they came, it went to a depot, I was unable to prove my ID to their liking at the depot, so I asked for a redelivery, but they returned it the day before it was rescheduled to be delivered without telling me). So I placed a new order and asked them to use Canada Post. As the order was just about to get shipped, I received an email and saw another issue, so I went on chat, and a guy named Chad rushed to resolve it before it was too late - and so, even though this order started as a mess. Direct Canada did their best to make it work"

Don't expect to get anything you order from these cheats. They list items as "in-stock" and charge your card right away only to turn around and say that they never had the product and they have no ETA. (when you finally get a hold of them, I spent a total of 100 minutes on hold with them over the course of 5 calls, and only got through once. It lets you sit in "you are caller 10, 9, 8, etc" until it gets to one and then kicks you)
This is the first and last order I place with DirectCanada and I'm going to have to seriously think about ever ordering from NCIX again, I've been shopping there since 1998 and I think I'm done after this. Regardless of whether they are separate sites, my credit card was charged by NCIX so they get to share the blame.
I will say that their social media agent was very helpful but unfortunately they're stuck working for a horrible company."

"I had a very good experience with Direct Canada. I bought multiple parts which where promptly shipped to me. Fast forward a few months, the graphic card I purchased seemed to be faulty and had to be replaced. I contacted the Customer Support to inquire on how to do so, and was rapidly informed of the procedure to follow, and given the tools to do so.
Super Jon responded quickly, and rapidly emailed me my invoice, as well as directed me toward the website to contact manufacturer as it had been more than 30 days. He was quite polite and assisted me very well. Would definitely trust Direct Canada for future purchases, and to assist me if unfortunately another component was faulty, which I understand is out of their control."
